JCU is the favorite heading into the finals.  Several seasoned seniors should carry them.  Too bad Chicone missed the season, soooo much better with him.

It's the most competitive I can recall seeing the OAC top to bottom in a long time, but also the first time in awhile lacking a really, really good team or two.
#3
Entertaining game.  NC is the new standard, but with the NC QB finally graduating that may bring them back to the pack.
#4
I like the subscription vs PPV, mainly due to the ability to watch all the games vs paying for each game separately.
#5
JCU dodged a bullet with the QB injury in the first series

JCU playing the best ball in the OAC at the end of the season.  Defense is strong and the O with the three D1 playmakers on offense making defenses look like D3 players

JCU will be inteteresting to see what they have next year...losing all ? the transfer ins after this year?  Time to restock.

Nothing like playing seven years after hs senior season aka Blutarsky  :)  ....or Rocky P??

I'm no Logan Massey  8-)

Comparing MU's and Marietta's scores with the six common opponents so far this year:

Mount 300-56 = 244
Etta 284-54 = 230

I'll make Mount a 14 point favorite...at least because that includes the Mount/Otterbein anomaly

Noticed the Muskies have several Fla natives and a juco running back.  Was curious about how that looks across the OAC.  Not able to figure out the juco numbers, but approximate Fla numbers look like:

Mount 45 (their #s probably distort every state comparison!)
Heidi 30
Musky 29
BW 15
ONU 10
Cap 9
JCU & Etta 6
Ott 5
Wilm 3

Impressed with Beaudrie, especially with a year off from football.  Anticipate he'll be greatly improved by the end of the season.  Also, liked the JCU grad transfers at QB, WR and TE.

Will be interested to watch the 'other'undefeated teams to see if anyone is real... BW, Marietta, Muskingum and ONU.

Agree Dr A, the Musky vs Wilma game was certainly entertaining. Offense vs Offense.  Onside kick by Wilma after scoring to go up 63-56 with 4 minutes to go backfired.

Interestingly, SJF got a new president in the summer of 2015.  I wonder how many times a new president at a D3 school changes the athletic trajectory for good or bad.

Is Rossy Moore out?  Number eight on d looks different tonight??

I like Denison's talent and the job Hatem has done there, but back in 2019, ONU was not a powerhouse.  Among ONU's four losses that year was (3-7) Wilmington.
