A lot of preseason hype about Sage Walker.  Where is he now?

Hype for a player who rarely started his senior season in high school?

The salary listed for Kalamazoo in their job posting can't be real.

Haven't seen it on social media yet, but an interesting commitment should be known soon ... one of the two MIAA schools without a coach will get one of the most widely recruited MIAA/WHAC recruits in Michigan, breaking the heart of another MIAA school.

On top of the above names, I know of at least three more that I know are considering MIAA schools.

NameTeamHeightHigh SchoolHome Town
Carson MeulenbergHope, Calvin6-6Covenant ChristianGrand Rapids, MI[/b]
Cole KleiverHope, Trine5-11WilliamstonWilliamston, MI
Matt LoneyHope6-2FrankfortFrankfort, MI

Last I heard, Carson was down to Hope and Cornerstone... is Calvin in the running too?

Could be a REALLY special class if Hope were able to land him. I'm salivating at the thought of Davis, George, Dietz, and Meulenberg as juniors playing with seniors Granger, Gamm, Gaishen, and Danny Beckman....
The most recent article I've found listed Hope, Calvin, Cornerstone and Davenport. There is one article slightly older that lists just Hope and Cornerstone as his choices.

Here is a link to the newer article, dated March 8th.

Loney and Hope highly unlikely.

Jason Dietz is 6-3/6-4.

Alma's on a roll.

Commitments from ...

Austin Harris  6-4  Buckley
Mason Gardner 6-4  Boyne City
Isaiah Williamson  6-5  USA
Brandon Rake  6-7  Whitehall

Guard Shae Somers, leading scorer on Trine JV in 2016-17, will be at Calvin next season.

Most athletic freshman coming into the league, to date, Boyne City's Mason Gardner.
#11
Hope gets commitment from Nate Davis' AAU teammate Jason Dietz, 6-4 sniper from Troy. Had an offer from Ohio Dominican, a D2 tournament team.
#12
Cassius' brother Zach Winston a 6-2 shooter/defender from U-D Jesuit to Albion.

6'2" G Tyler George announced his commitment to Hope this evening. The FHC senior is leading the Rangers to a very nice season. Scoring nearly 20 a game last time I checked. He joins:

6'6" F Jeff Bikus
6'5" G/F Connor Evenhouse

...and anyone else I couldn't find quickly on Twitter.

I'm sure someone else can give you a more complete list, but just thought I'd note that it seems like Hope is getting some good ones so far.

Nate Davis athletic 6-2 slashing guard from Rochester Stoney Creek is headed to Hope, chose over Kalamazoo and U. Chicago.

Alma has a recent commitment from another good athlete, 6-4 Mason Gardner from Boyne City.

Should've said "with team," will be listed as manager or something.

Hope's the only MIAA to garner any votes, and they probably shouldn't have.  I'm not sure any MIAA is deserving of a vote, except maybe one but they haven't proven anything yet.

Despite not having a  legit top 25 team right now I expect this to be a very competitive and interesting season with as many as 6 schools really battling it out for a playoff spot, and probably 3 maybe 4 having a realistic shot at winning the league outright.
Is this a team that hasn't released their roster yet or a team that has?

Olivet roster? http://www.olivetcomets.com/sports/mbkb/2017-18/roster . . . with one frosh, one soph, and all the rest juniors and seniors

No Trevor Manuel? That didn't take long.

According to verbalcommits.com, Manuel's status is undecided. His previous college is listed as Olivet:

He's enrolled, on team, sitting out season.
