Apparently it's been a while for some folks going to the Red Carpet. They have a martini bar now, c'mon!

And Justice For All iwas/is amazing, can't beat One as a single but the whole album is amazing. Actually vilified some kids in HS for their AJFA shirts.  :-X

Nice one Giants!!!  Looks like Belichick decided to pull the page from Moss' playbook and took off early.  Must be a member of the CAC... ???

Oh and only one more post til I have Karmalization powers.  Maybe it should be a real post or it may just be one to push it over the brink.  Not sure yet.  ;D

Farley;  Karmalize yourself!  Enjoy the power!

You can't make this stuff up... check the last page on the Bethel/Central photo gallery.. half a dozen pickup trucks with blades on the field... these IIAC guys love their toys.

Developing....

Well since dusty is giving me the ok here it is,  I promise to use my powers for the good guys and against the bad guys(and TDT)!

I just surmised somebody finally figured out that "royalssuck" was Duff's password ... and posted under his name.

Maybe he had the majority share of that Coors keg and wasn't quite aware of what he was posting?  ???

Congrats, Bethel.  I'm very impressed with the win against Central.

Somebody send a medical team to DuffMan's house right away!

LOL flash almost spit my beer all over the screen on that one.

The last time Mount lost in the playoffs it was a steady dose of running that won the game for Mary Hardin-Baylor.

Today Mount held SJF to 22 yards on 30 rushes. The thirty first rush went for 30 yards as time expired. No one has successfully rushed on MUC this year.
Few would say that SJF was dedicated to the run.  However, Reile's first four carries went for 3, 9, 4 and 4 yards with 2 first downs picked up in the process.

And that matters why?  Looking at the box score, Mount already had 21 on the board by the time those 4 carries were attempted so how does that matter in any way to next weeks game?  Bethel sure as hell isn't going to win by being down 21 and trying to play ball control.  Maybe expand a little on your thoughts on this and how it applies to Bethel vs. Mount because by itself this comment seems very random without support.

More "message board" talk from the Dutch broadcasting team...

Man, we musta really woke 'em up last week.

Congratulations Bethel..... you get your shot at big brother now.

Developing....
Ha, yeah and it could be extra ugly without wetzell next weak.
Does mount have ANY weaknesses? or are we screwed on all fronts?

Mount is good, but they can be beaten. If BU can control the ball like they are capable of (with a few 10 min drives) and doesnt make mistakes and turnovers, they can bring back a  W for the new West Champs

Dillusional thoughts big fella.......Enjoy Alliance....if you are not down by 40 at the half I would consider it a moral victory for you.

I can't help but wonder at the reaction this comment would receive from the SJU masses if the roles were reversed...

Congrats to Bethel!

If we were talking about this year's team, I don't think many SJU fans, myself included, would dispute such a statement.  The Johnnies were "who we thought they were", and got booted early to show for it.

I don't think the weather can help them next week.

:D

Probably not, who knows though it could be a close game if Bethel can keep the ball long enough, but MUC has been looking so good this year I don' think that will even help.  So we are probably looking at UWW and MUC again in the Stagg after seeing what UWW did to Wabash.

Maybe, just maybe, someone will realize that SJU played a lousy game last week, and Central probably played a bit better than they really are. Anyone?

I'd have to say that this is a good possibility, SJU just didn't execute like we normally expect and Central brought their "A" game.  Looks like a reverse this week, Central is having problems and Bethel is doing what they do and get to go to Alliance. Lucky them ::)

Wow what happened to the Dutch offense? I know the weather conditions are terrible but I figured they might be able to adjust to this.
#13
Or for BU just to shoot themselves in the foot....

And Bethel just gambled and lost, went for it on fourth and short from their own 29?  WTF..... works for me though

Is everyone sure that Hansel (not Gretel) will be the starting QB next year? Seeing Joe Boyle in a couple high school games makes me think he is in the mix. Getting Vanderhyden, Overman and Saladin (please get healthy) back makes for a fine receiver core. Also, Jeff Gilbertson could be a good addition on the D line, adding size as well as ability.

It is usually a wide open race after the incumbent graduates, so it will be interesting to see who wins out for the starting job.  Its been so long since we've needed a new starter, I'm not even sure how they decide.  If I remember AK11's first game, they just kept plugging in QB's until one got the job done and thats how we got our 4 year starter.
