It's been a tough few years to be a terror fan. I'm not sure I want the women's basketball coach to get the job full time. Hopefully they're not looking at going that direction. Athletics director should be a full time job.

Region 5 men's basketball / Re: Landmark Conference

If you complain about things constantly the way Larry does that you just might get that kind of response.

Makes me glad I am not an F&M grad to be represented by this guy!

Hopkins sitting their starters this weekend? Should they?

What happened to the Terror. Wow.

How would you guys say the CC ranks compared to the other conferences in the nation. Looking at the stats, and than stats from other conferences, i cant say the competition's the best.
JHU-MC will come down to mistakes. Both great D's, whoever comes to play, holds onto the ball, and makes the most of opportunites will win. I'm picking JHU. 4 FG's.

As great as that would be, McDaniel has a bunch of question's that still need answers. 8-1 vs. 9-0 sounds great, and its at McDaniel, but Dickinson, F & M, a pissed off Muhlenburg team (refer to last year's game) have yet to be played, and if the Terror can't even pull out a win against Gettysburg, how do they expect to run the table on the other teams. Before I even start on the prospect of a McD, JHU showdown, lets see how they fair against Dickinson first.

a.) I'd hope the Terror have the best record in the Centennial by the time it's all done, and not even have to go to the tie breaker.
b.) The way the Terror are playing I wouldn't be supprised to see another loss, maybe even this week to Dickinson.
c.) Though G-Burg beat McDaniel, I don't have very much faith that they'll win an astounding amount of games the rest of the season.

I will admit, i'll be routing for the bullets this week, take JHU down a notch...

We'll see, that's all I have to say, we'll see. I really hope bullet doesn't go back into the closet by the end of the season, with all of this talk I really want to see what he has to say if the bullets don't live up to his boasting.

On a side note I think it's even funnier that he only decides to get a name so he can post, after the win against McDaniel.

Possibly the worst part of not playing up to your potential, is listening to people like bullet talk about how great they are because they beat you, and not being able to say anything about it. Look at my post again, 2nd sentence, "Congrats to G-Burg on the win."
Yes, you won, Saturday you were the better team for those few hours. Now that you've talked about how great G-Burg is, that their obviouslly better than McD,  lets see how they do the rest of the season, lets see if they live up to your talk....

Current Record (2-3) (1-0) The presures on.......

As for McDaniel like I said before, hopefully they wake up. They are a much better team than they showed on saturday, and in every other game they've squeaked out this season.

The Dickinson game is going to be tough...

I was at the game for most of it. No heart from the terror, came out slow again. Didn't turn it on till the 4th quarter again, too little too late this time. Congrats to Gettysburg on the win. McDaniel has the potential to be such a powerhouse, but can't come up with the emotion to play they way they do the 4th quarter all the time. Maybe it's good they lost this week, wake somebody up. Maybe with a little help they can still pull out a conference championship, or atleast a piece of it.

QB's were alternated all day. Maybank wasn't dressed and the D looked to have a lot of new numbers on the field. The O-Line were not even visible, Gettysburg was in the backfield all day.
From the stands I heard a lot of parents complaining about the refs, it looked as if Keating was doing the same on the sidlelines about every call that didn't go the Terror's way. Being bias myself routing for the Terror, I saw a few calls that could have went either way, but nothing that could have take the blame of McDaniel for their own poor preformance.

"Three of their four opponents have outgained them this season."

A result of getting ahead early, letting up, having the opponent move the ball up and down the field on them, and comming back in the final minute to win.

BC the exception, Seton Hill, Catholic, and Ursinus should all have been big wins. That's why BC has the edge in the poll. I hope they can turn it around because comming into tougher conference competition, playing that way just wont get it done.

Going to 2OT with a team who hadn't won in 13 games, and beating a first year program by only 19.. doesn't earn you much respect. People are always going to think of the bad before the good (beating BC on the road) when it comes to rankings. im not worried, conference play begins tommorow, and as 3-0 goes to 4-0.. 4-0 goes to 5-0... so on.. people will than take notice. i'm not worried about the rankings.. time will prove itself.. and if the terror aren't what they seem to be now, time will prove that as well.

Go Terror!

I was just comming here to post about BC passing McDaniel in the poll. Because the Terror are more of a ground and defense team rather than a powerhouse passing attack, I think the change in the poll is due to McDaniel almost loosing to a weak Catholic team, and BC blowing out an up and comming Shenandoah program. But as Conference play begins, we all know you can throw the records out the window...

With that said, I still think the terror should be ahead of BC  >:(

yeah reb must be from the ODAC, but it's cool McDaniel did rather well against a certain ODAC team this year, but we wont bring that back up. :D
