Have been absent for a while but catching up periodically. Just not as much fun once we were out. Look forward to seeing the schedule and following the bombers next year! Wanted to wish all the E-8 (and the LL boys) but especially the IC folks happy holidays! Will be out on the coast visiting 27 and hitting Napa for some tastings!

No problem 73, understand your excitement over AU's season and desire for respect. Bashing the poll may not be the best way of getting there though. The RPI guys have the same issue on the LL board. Ask Auburn about polls from last year.

Pat,
I believe this happened in one of the main TV 1-A game either this weekend or last and I believe you are correct about the 4th down situation. In this case the QB fumbled and he was the only one who could advance the fumble even though it was recovered by his team in the endzone.

Responding once is one thing big guy, keeping a running battle going is different.Like I said, every year someone is going to gripe, why feed it.

Geez Pat, lighten up! Sax was just being a strong supporter of his team. Every year someone is not happy with their ranking or being left out of the dance. If you don't want people to have a different opinion, tell us that is a requirement of posting! This is a great website and I appreciate the opportunity to banter on the boards...hopefully offering my disagreement with you won't cause me too much harm!

Frank,
Of all the useless stats that have been quoted on these boards...the number of posts during the game must be right up there at the top! I must applaud your enthusiasm for Union's big win but come on! I wasn't at the game but listened to the IC broadcast. If I knew we would get rated/judged based on our postes I may have doubled my total. I must admit Gro's comments on the RPI commentators were entertaining but I understand you had your moments also!
All said good luck against Rowan, I hope you carry the day!

Tough one IC, Congrats to all the players on the season! To the seniors, I know it hurts but you have had a great four years! Thanks!

Congrats to Union and the rest of the LL boys. Union82,89 and Dawg have all shown class even as we all went back and forth. NRR...half way through the game you were just hoping for "respect"...your team deserves it!

Original,
I thought when you first started throwing stones on this subject a ways back, it was noted that you were "older", must of read that wrong. I also thought you had or someone with a similar handle, had been on this board going well back past 2003. My bad on that, still don't agree with you though!

Hey original,
I think if you go back and check 27 was refering to his ability to tackle not his coverage skills. Hmmm you noted earlier on in this board that you are an older DIII fan but you seem to have a history of calling certain players out! Since you have not played recently, I guess you are less qualified than recent players to offer opinions on those they have faced personally.
