I was at the UC - Dickinson game on Saturday. The stadium stands were packed on both sides, the weather was perfect, and the game was close - OT determined the winner. What an exciting game!

I've been to every UC game (home and away) since 2004. The competition in the CC is fierce and any team can win on any given Saturday. That's what makes for exciting football games. I'm glad that the same one or two teams in the CC don't dominate every year. How boring would that be?

The student-athletes in the CC are a lucky group - they get a first class college education and the opportunity to participate in competitive athletics along the way. Makes me wish I could do it all over again!

Looking forward to Juniata and Moravian football joining the CC next year. Congratulations Bears on a great season and looking forward to an exciting 2007!

Way to go Bears! I know they have the toughest part of the schedule to go but hopefully the momentum is with them all the way. The defense has carried  this team to 5-0 so far - now the offense needs to get on the page and make a lot more points happen. They have the talent - it remains to be seen if they have the drive to take make it happen. I'm betting they do!

Wow - Ursinus v. F&M was an real slugfest with lots of penalties and turnovers (unfortunately for Ursinus). It's too bad that Gallagher got hurt in the first half and did not play at all in the second half. The Bears defense gave a valiant effort but the offense just couldn't get the job done. Congrats to F&M for hanging tough and winning this one 19-17.

It's great to see Ursinus improving every week. They have a strong defense but the offense has struggled. The sophmore and freshman players this year are a talented group. I think the next two years should be awesome for Ursinus Football fans. As for this season's results - it could happen!! Go Bears!
