Slickyquick, I was at the Potsdam-Clarkson game on sat and I think you hit the nail on the head. Potsdam's freshman and sophomores played lethargic the entire game and were lucky to even make the game that close. They got killed on the boards, made careless turnovers and were out-hustled in all aspects of the game. After watching this game I was embarressed to be associated with the school and felt bad for coach Dobbs. He coached his ass off and tried to fire the guys up, but I guess they just dont have it. Its going to be a long season in the north country if something doesnt change quickly.

Coach Greg Snyder leaves Potsdam State to assist Anderson at Hamilton....Traitor? Yes....but great move for Snyder and Hamilton...I think he will be a great addition to his staff and maybe Hamilton will actually use its atheletes and get out and guard someone

I am aware of his wife's lofty North Country status, but a rumor was out that he was interested.

Any word if the Mitchell to SUNYIT rumor was creditable?

Superman you cant be serious with your last comments on Fisher being better than Potsdam. A 24 point loss on a neutral site should be enough to prove that....Bottom line the Empire 8 is soft and Fisher played scared that whole game. The best team in the history on the Empire 8 was blown out by a Potsdam that was tourney prepared by the Sunyac regular season.

Lets not overlook Yankee's comment on Welsh giving away cars.  I would assume you to be an intelligent person, but my assumptions have been wrong before....please explain yourself. (I prefer creditable evidence)

Check out Potsdam's webiste, it shows that Barton was First Team Selection. This probably means that Belluci was awarded POY.

I'm having trouble with Potsdam's webcast from their website. Can anyone help out?

Watch out Cortland. Potsdam is really starting to mature at the right time. They are going to be a tough out for anyone in the conference tourney.........Also any thoughts on POY? Could there be a possible Barton & Belluci split?

Well Potsdam is 5-0 after a 24 point win yesterday. Any thoughts on this weeks top 25 more specifically if Potsdam will be included. Also,I agree with the fact that the East region is generally a weak region but with any team getting (UofR) getting to the finals last year, they deserve a little credit.
As regards to the Potsdam UofR game it was a 2 point game with 3:30 to go and if Potsdam could have bought a shot who knows what the outcome would have been. Overall I think Potsdam deserves a little credit and at least a top 25 ranking. Any thoughts?

Potsdam has started 4-0, but still not in the top 25 even after last years success.  Anyone out there with thoughts on this?
