Since the list has swollen to one, thanks for asking Tim, of people who have emailed me asking if I was still alive, .....I am. I retired in April, and my eyes are giving me problems, so I stay off the computer except to check my email. I am healthy, down to 175 pounds, and exercizing daily. Hope to resolve my eye problems soon and get back in the loop. Miss you guys, hope everyone is well.

To drink tonight, or not to drink. That is the question. Let's take a vote....and the results are in, drink 1...not drink 0. The drinks have it.

A man was sitting on a blanket at the beach. He had no arms and no legs.
Three women, from England, Wales, and Ireland, were walking past and felt sorry for the poor man.
The English woman said, "Have you ever had a hug?" The man said, "No," so she gave him a hug and walked on.
The Welsh woman said, "Have you ever had a kiss?" The man said, "No," so she gave him a kiss and walked on.
The Irish woman came to him and said, "ave ya ever been fooked, Laddie?" The man broke into a big smile and said, "no".
She said, "Aye—Ya will be when the tide comes in."
Happy St. Patrick's Day

Last night I was sitting on the sofa watching TV when I heard my wife's voice from the kitchen.
"What would you like for dinner, my love? Chicken, Beef or Lamb?"
I said, "Thank you, I'll have chicken."
She replied "You're having soup, asshole. I was talking to the dog."

I put the following on my facebook page, and I think it applies here also.
Everyone has an opinion on the budget crisis. I respect those different than mine, and I expect the same in return. Let's all do what we think is right, and let it shake out as it may, and leave facebook for fun, not politics. The category of the people who read and react to our posts is FRIENDS

Any time 22 young men are on the field, giving their best, for their teammates, school, and themselves it's meaningful.
