Any WLC fan that may know some history, 2 players that played there in the last 6-8 years, both were POY in their respective conferences in high school, both highly acomplished hs players and havent been able to find much on them at WLC, Matt Aleithe from Milwaukee Lutheran and Aaron Baackes from Sheboygan Lutheran, any idea how or what happened to their careers at WLC? Did they play? Appreciate any info

Hey WLC fans,
What player would you rather have to build your college team around, Josh or Kon?

In regards to your question regarding Saberlich and being all conference worthy, Ive seen most teams in the LMC, for a 10 player all conference team, just what guards would you deem more worthy? Saberlich is a threat every time he has the ball in his hands, and is a confident passer, I cant imagine too many starting guards that would be more worthy of mention for all conf.

hey I have a question for a UWSP fan, wondering what ever happened to Gordy Zastrow, I see he was listed on the preseason roster in the WBBY, but saw them play a few times this season, and he was a no show on the roster.
I'm not 100% positive, but he IS on the roster, but he doesn't have a uniform number. Now, he could be one of the next 3 (as they are listed on the roster) because UWSP doesn't dress more than 15 ever (they've only got 15 uni's per set... but that's the number for NCAA games anyway). I DO know that Shawn Lee is hurt (ACL) and I believe I heard Coach Semling talking about Shawn and Gordy, saying they were injured and possibly returning (he seemed more sure about Gordy... there was a possibility Shawn would opt for a medical redshirt, according to Semling). I have absolutely no idea the nature of his injury (I'll take a wild guess and say he somehow injured some part of his body, as opposed to his psyche, or ego, and that's why he was out, but I really don't know).
Point has the next week and a half off, but then they hit it hot and heavy, playing 6 games in 11 days (3 gms at Clarke tourney, Viterbo, back up north to Superior, then home against Stout). Hopefully the team can get healthy over this short break. One thing about young teams is that lots of times the kids don't have the stamina for an entire season (this isn't just going from high school to college... look at rookies in the NBA and how often THEY get injured too). Point has been playing well, I just hope they can keep it up and can keep from catching the injury bug for the rest of the year!

Hey Point Special, just getting used to this forum, but thanks for the swift info. Im a huge d3 fan, get to games all over the state, saw Point play at Lakeland, was real impressed with Krull and Bauer, guard play seemed a bit week, hoping they pull it together as I really like Semling and wish him well. Also is the big kid from Wisconsin Dells ( Donner? ) goint to play hoops now that football is done? About your comment on Zastrow, seems like you may know him as well. I played with his father years ago, Im guessing the young man has some issues.

Also am I the omly one that thinks Janke ruins the chemistry for the Titans? I think he takes way too many bad shots and the other players, especially Capelle seem to stand around too much on offense, I saw the Stout game and seemed to sense some frustration there with his teammates. They should be better than their play of late. I understand he had a game winner tonight, didnt get to that game at Carroll. Kicking myself but was at MU_USF this afternoon, had to relive the memories of the 70's and 80's with those great programs. Appreciate the input and info
