the hurdler from coops was evan's younger brother...regional champion his junior year but blew out a knee during his senior year of football...now throwing the weights at an naia school in ohio.

Actually, the mri showed 2 bulging discs in his lower back...he received electrical stim treatment from the Hope trainers and an injection into the affected area at a local pain management clinic.

That treatment has helped and he hopes to contribute down the stretch as Hope shoots for a national championship.
