augie dad - It's a fact that the IWU job pays less than 50k a year, honestly its more in the ballpark of 40k.  No clue what Bridges was making at the time of his departure or other perks given to the coach, but that is the starting salary.

It is easy to see why a coach like Raridon would choose to stay in Naperville if he has a good situation there.  The Titans have great tradition, but its clear several CCIW teams are committed to basketball more than in years past.

Check out the preview of tonight's ESPN piece, with our own Titan Q...

Does anyone know where to find the IWU fight song on the internet?  It used to be available at iwu.edu, but now I can't find it.

CSTV is available through some cable outlets, not just satellite.  Insight offers it through their expanded sports package on digital cable.

Thanks for the clarification TitanPride...I knew I must have missed something.

Anyone noticed that the odaconline.com final four cite lists IWU at 24-6 overall and 9-5 in the CCIW...???  Did I miss a non-conference loss?  Are they counting the game against Illinois?

From one IWU grad to another, I'm feelin' your pain IWUmolly.  I hope you get to the game tomorrow.  Wish I could help you out...

LU nut - You make a great point. This LU team, which I have a lot of respect for, has been held back in the Midwest Region/Section for 3 straight years.  The game we saw/listened to tonight was a classic and as Titan Q said on the broadcast...Lawrence deserves to be referenced as one of the d3 powerhouses, just as Hope, Witt, UWSP and IWU.  LU has hosted this sectional with tremendous pride and class, despite the outcome tonight.

I repeat what I posted earlier...this is a PS team that deserves respect (they had a bye, IWU did not...strength of schedule notwithstanding).  The win tonight isn't worth much without a final 4 bid.  Please remember the 2nd half PS gave IWU back in December.  This is a game that could be a blowout or could be fantastic...What happened in December means nothing in March with a Final Four berth on the line.  GO TITANS, GREAT WIN OVER LU!

Unfortunately, I won't be at the game.  You may be right, after the win against Augie PS know to have the mindset that this is a road game no matter which team wins, LU or IWU.  No doubt in my mind IWU is the favorite tomorrow, but everybody should remember, PS had a bye in the first round of this tournament for a reason.  I'm sure they'll be much debate about strength of schedule between now and tomorrow night, but the only thing that matters is 40 minutes on 3/11/06.

IWUmolly:  word of advice...if IWU makes it to Salem, you must skip out on your lit conference...what will you remember 10 years from now?

Loggerville, you read my mind.  Puget sound is a good team.  They came back strong in the second half against IWU in Santa Barbara and deserve a lot of respect.  There is not doubt the fans will be supporting IWU tomorrow, but its a quick turnaround in the sectional and the Titans have less than 24 hours to get focused on the PS style.  Lose and tonight's amazing comeback win on Lawrence's court means nothing.  Let's WIN TITANS!

wjbc2.com is on time with the scoreboard page

wjbc2.com now has the IWU broadcast up and running

Q should be on the d3hoops cast, but evidently he's not.  I can't get wjbc2.com stream either, but give it a try.
