Bob Burrows of the River Falls Journal just left my office and suggested I read the board today.   I do not read or visit the board so this will be my first post.....and also my last....assuming I've navigated the registration process, etc. correctly.

I took Bob's advice.  I am humbled by some of the nice things said.  I even got a personal call from "super fan" at UWO. After listening to him for 20 years, that was a really nice.  Now if somebody will just teach him how to clap to the rhythm of the music my life will  be complete.  

I have never considered myself anything but a basketball coach that loved basketball and basketball people.  I am now going to try to "get a life" outside of the game and try to do the AD's job well.  

I do not know who any of you are but I just want to say thank you for the nice things said.   This is the greatest league with the greatest coaches and the greatest fans and  people. Present company included.  Thanks again. It's been a fantastic ride.  In the spirit of the season..."one shining moment" to all of you.
