Received my copy of Io Triumphe!, The Magazine for Alumni and Friends of
Albion College in the mail yesterday.

Two articles of interest in this issue:
1. Marty Nesbitt, '85
2. Mike Turner, '69

http://www.albion.edu/iotriumphe

Click on the issue with a photo of Marty Nesbitt on the cover with "Inner Circle."

This will bring up a "pdf" copy and you will have to scroll down to find the
relevant articles.

OK! I know that this is the b-ball section, but it appears that this is where
most of the MIAA action goes on. I have enjoyed reading this board for
over a year now. I really would like to get down to see a Calvin/Hope game
just off of what you all have talked about.

NEED HELP!!!
Will be coming down to Calvin for the Gt. Lakes D3 pre-regional X-C meet
this Coming Saturday (10/13). I have mapquested the route from where I
live in Northern Mich. to Calvin and I was on campus last Spring for the
MIAA T&F Field Day, where I got really, really lost. According to the Calvin
website the Start/Finish lines are located on the Gainey Athletic Soccer
Fields and the course runs thru the Calvin Nature Preserve. Fans and
Spectators must park in the Prince Conference Center parking lot and walk
in to the Start/Finish area. Question: Do I continue on E. Beltline past
Burton St. to get to the Prince Conference Center? And, approx. how many
stop lights, side roads, etc.

Thanking you in advance for your prompt reply!

Please keep it simple as I am an Albion fan.  ;D (my daughter attends
Albion).

Having had the pleasure of watching Calvin run in three races this season, I was
not surprised by either the men's or women's performances today at D-III
nationals. In fact, after the final MIAA Jamboree at Alma, when the Calvin women
went 1-5 for 15 pts, I really thought that they were underrated. Congrats! are in
order for the entire Calvin program.
