No mention of the Otterbein-BW game? Granted, Mount-Capital was a classic, but having been in attendance for the former, it was surprisingly competitive and entertaining given the records. Back and forth in the first half, and a defensive battle in the second. BW almost put a last minute drive together, but Ott helf on a 4th and 1 late.

BW 37, Otterbein 27 Final
Gotta love punt blocks for TD's; that turned the momentum around 180 for BW.

Halftime at Dial-Roberson stadium, BW 14, ONU 3. Anthony Gardner's playing far better than he's been today. Jeremiah Chronister gets the sack to end the half, as I'm glad I picked the Jackets.

MUC FINALLY scores, making it 7-0 over Capital.
BW's beating ONU 7-0 after a 30-yd scramble by Gardner.
Should be quite the exciting afternoon

B-W's cheerleaders outperformed their football team today...those girls were great! The noise from their bench had us looking for a wounded moose.
Haha. I could hear them through the Mount radio, so they were definitely loud.
But yeah, the games seemed a lot closer than the 35-0 score. Granted after Otterbein-Cpital today I don't think Mount has to worry.

Hm, as a Jackets fan, how nervous should I be about today's game?

BW 42, Muskingum 14, about halfway through the third quarter.
I got restored faith in the Jackets again, no wlet's see if they can win one on the road this season...

I'll be at the B-W Muskingum game.
It's homecoming, so if BW can't beat the spread then something's messed up. They have to win, they can't be THAT screwed up mentally after last week, right? We'll see I guess.

You know, if I were 21 I'd go out drinking tonight - the loss was THAT embarrassing
Alas, all I can do is weep for B-W's futility today. The BW-JC loss I can understand, I'm just so confused with this one.. I mean... It's Heidelberg!

WRMU just announced Heidi beating B-W 21-10 at end of 3rd Q.
I'm still trying to figure out how Heidelberg is beating BW... this is painful to listen to as a fan ><

Wow. I just came back from the BW-JC game. 20-17 in OT, but in all honesty the game was a lot more one-sided than that, I was very disappointed by BW. The play calling was pretty bad, and although I've been pushing Gardner to start for some time, I'm completely retracting it after how awful he played today. 4 INT's, a couple which should not have even been thrown in the first place.
However, I have proof that Paul Berger is what anchors that BW defense. He went down in the first and didn't really come back until the second half. He went out, and John Carroll didn't have a problem getting in the end zone.
I'd like to know Gardner's QB Rating for today...

Forgive me, I'm a little slow but anyone want to vote for "Major League"?
Run Nate Run!
I think all Mount fans want us to play a game where we can see the first team play for more than 15 minutes cuz you wonder just how good the offense and defense are, right?
I'd say wait for Baldwin-Wallace, but since they're playing AT Mount this year it probably won't be quite as close this time.
