I picked Rowan but I think Montclair and Kean could take the conf. Rowans depth is my main reason with the injuries last season alot of players got game experience. They may run the ball more they have depth in the backfield and a big o-line.One major flaw that needs to be addressed is the kicking game. It was very inconsistent and that can come back to haunt you.
best of luck to all looking foward to the season

just returned home from one of the best games i saw in a long time.
defense ruled the day both d-lines were outstanding. they might sitll be playing if not for a perfect play action pass. rowan ran from that formation every time during the game no cortland defenders within 20 yards of the reciever.
Rowan still must win next friday night win the conf.
would like to thank the njac offical who came into our locker room this week and removed the championship plaque to give to cortland today
PLEASE RETURN IT TO WHERE IT BELONGS

profsfan ,
I can not argue with most of your post. I hope nobody here is bashing the players they go out and give 100% on every play. A lot of the frustration is with the lack of adjustments made by the offensive staff. Its the same every week.
As for the Sty Brothers god bless them and may they come home safe. They chose a path few of us could or would have chosen. It is men and women like them who put their lives in harms way so that we can have a placed to place post about a game.
I will be there sat to root for our team and win or lose I will be there next fri night to do the same.

Dr you hit right on the head play calling and clock mangement. when its second and long a run up the middle everytime when we need to run hey lets pass. Some of this is basic football 101 why are we trying to create a new wheel. and i still cant understand why we cant kick an extra piont this is college football we have missed 6 in the last 3 games it finally came back and bite us.
Hey if we dont have the horses to run this spread offense change it up we lack speed on the outside dbs are playing press coverage and lbs are blitzing results we are seeing

This is my first post. Long time prof fan seen more games than I care to remember both good and bad. Played in a few also.So I have to say a few things just not about this game but the season.
First why cannt a COLLEGE FOOTBALL team kick an extra piont?
If we can do this simple task we win. We have missed about 10 this season
JT and LB92 you are right about the offense were are the adjustments everyone is putting seven or eight in the box and saying you will not run the ball. Your recievers are not good enough to get open. We dont have that deep threat right now.
The play calling is very predictable Montclair was calling out what plays were coming during the game. Do we have more than the same 10 plays.
Nothing can be said about the defense they are outstanding but you cannt keep putting them out there eventually the are going to give up a couple of plays.
Finally the last 3 mins. of the game run the ball and the game is over at best montclair has to go 70 yds in 30 seconds to get in field goal range.
I will stop my ranting now.WE control our own destiny win two games and we go on. I think It will be a hell of a game Sat.
It turns my stomach to say it but congrats to Montclair the final score is all that matters.
