Was listening to Adrian's webcast and heard this..

"Can you tell our listeners how Whitewater is more like a Division 2 School"

feels good to be a warhawk... what a game... wish I could have been there, but graduation was a little more important... hopefully next year we can even up the score.. Round 6 maybe.... ok thats getting a little ahead of myself.... but in all seriousness... great showing by both teams...

02 Warhawk:

These announcers did a pretty good job vs. past years!

All I know is that it seemed like the players were all playing at a "high level" throughout the game... seemed like that was the only analysis the color guy could offer...

in all seriousness... great game... D3 proves again why their should be a playoff system... the best two teams met in the title game... and the top 3 made it to the semi's....

Great game Linfield... by far the best game I have seen in my time at UWW..

Best game I have seen in my 4.5 years at WW... I just wish the administration would change graduation so I can go to the game...

Note the final few seconds of the video showing crews removing snow to get the Cannon Man up to his spot on the hill overlooking the Stadium.

I just wished they would work as hard removing snow from the roads in WW...

Agree with you Barber about the attitude of some of the Tigers, especially a couple LB's. One of them acted like he just won a free trip to Disneyland for winning Super Bowl MVP when he stopped AA after a 4 yard gain and a first down in the 2nd quarter? What was that? The fact that Anderson scored the next play made it look even more silly!!

My personal favorite was when one of them got all pumped up that he made a "stop" but really it was a first down.... get a grip..

Haven't been on the site in about 2 or 3 weeks, so I'm sorry for the people who are sick of the LL and RP talk... so I will just sum up what I know...

1. The player(s) were dumb for not handing over Id's

2. Daly didn't contact LL about the issue before writing the story.. we had a big discussion about it in my sports journalism class last night...with Daly, the sports editor, the newspaper advisor, all present.... Also, Jeff Petrekus and Don Walker were there to talk to the class about other things (but the subject obviously came up)

3. LL was dumb to blow up like that on the RP...

again, sorry for everyone who is sick of this topic... but i wanted to get my $.02 in...

I think Donovan needs to throw the ball away instead of taking the sack....also, the receivers dropped some balls (Slupski dropped a couple I think)

I will definitely agree to the fact that Donovan needs to throw the ball away... and yeah, Slupski had at least two balls in his stomach that he dropped...

I'm don't want to argue with anyone, just putting my 2 cents in...
If it was Donovan still in the game on that pass, or Levell Coppage going after TD #5, then I would consider it running up the score... regardless of Anderson's circumstances, he still is considered the #4 RB on the depth chart...

I hope that we can set an attendance record.. I'm sick of seeing the Perk half empty... especially from the students...

Have to take exception to this SD.  The student attendance for the home opener was exceptional in my opinion.  The section was full and very loud!  I expect nothing less tomorrow.

Yes.. the home opener and yesterday's game (obviously) had great attendance numbers, and I'm more than happy to see students come out and (finally) support the 'hawks...

Also, I'm not so sure that was all scrubs that stopped LaCrosse on that goal line stand... I'm pretty sure I saw Jace Rindahl out there.. am I mistaken?
