The real issue on Hewitt was, is, and will be their lack of a winning tradition.  Playing there, you look into the rafters and see an unbelievable history.  Unfortunatly that history was made over fifty years ago.

That said, go Pipes

PI- What is up with the Pipers?
I have not been to a game this year, but two years ago, coaching under Wohler it seemed like he was building some excitement around the program.

Now What?

I am now coaching at Foley and have a couple of kids that SJU is very interested in.  They were at the game last night and have bought into the hype that is MIAC basketball.  I tried to tell them what a fun league it is, now they know.

PS  i never hit from 27, maybe 26

I am pretty sure I was agreeing that comparing TT with AG is laughable.

The only reason i signed on to this is my lack of MIAC knowledge, and was hoping to get a quick capsule of MIAC play from the early part of this year.  Since playing in the MIAC and a year of coaching at Hamline, I have lost touch with the league and need a little update.

I have seen TT and played against AG, and I would not put them in the same category yet.

How about Foster?  He always had talent, and more determination, if his head was on straight.

I cannot believe the same posters are still here from when i was playing, i love your guys' commitment to the MIAC.

I am a former Piper, now coaching HS b-ball in Foley, and I was just wondering what is going on in the MIAC these days.

Who is the team to beat? UST?

Who are the top players?

Who are the top newcomers?

I have spoke to several MIAC coaches lately, they are high on a couple of our guys, but i would like an outside opinion.
