I really don't think LK would hold such a grudge against a former player, after the time and dedication they have put into the Mount Union program just because they got a job in the OAC. I think he has a little more class than that, and I believe many others on this board would agree with me. In fact I know he would do everything in his power to help that former player/coach get a job in the OAC. Also, if you look closely at the Mount Coaches, there are only a small core group that are there year in and year out. Many come and go. Really it does not matter who goes where, the program will still be strong. Like they said during the broadcast of the Stagg Bowl on ESPN, "Tradition is very hard to beat."
As far as conference strength goes, the OAC team playoff record speaks for itself. Even take MUC out of the equation and the records of those teams is still better than any other conference I believe...

Jonny Appleseed:
first of all... since east coast is the latest time zone in the usa, which loser falls asleep for the night with their tv on at 7:30 pm, let alone 4:30 pm on the west coast? who cares anyways? too bad you missed a good college football game! second of all, it really doesnt matter which muc coach goes where. before you talk about the oac, learn a little about it! coach paul coaches at onu, where he has done an excellent job, in fact beating muc 1/3 years (the best of any oac team in the last uhhh like 12 years), and he joined a team in the upper half of the oac. so tell me what you think a muc coach would do with a musky or a prince (smiter)
3rdly, do you know who muc plays in the preseason each and every year and what the outcome of the scrimmage is each time, let alone the jv teams? the teams are less than 75 miles apart, hence, the same recruiting area! finally, the wiac is a very tough conference. each conference has their goods and bads, why misrepresent or stand up for a conference that has such good sportsmanship and great teams? i think you are the smiter, and if you have nothing intelligent at all to say, do not waste this space with your unconsciousness!
