It will be a great game, a mention of laflin on the UMF yeah she is not bad but Simpson is the one Brandeis is going to have to stop.  UMF's all-time leading scorer 1700 and change and rebounds 850 and change.  Not to mention the NAC Tourney MVP 3 out of her 4 years at UMF.  If Brandeis is to win they will have to stop Simpson period.

Top 25 huh?  Why did it take UMF so long to finally be ranked higher than MMA they only beat them 3 times this year.  Three loses for UMF have come at the hands of Bowd. (1) USM (8) and Bates how also had a really good year and is usually a top 25 team.  Just wondering when a good team from Maine other than USM or Bowdin is going to get some respect.  It will probably take a win or two in the tourney then maybe they will turn some heads.

So how good is Brandeis?  I guess we will find out how good Farmington is as well as the NAC in general when they start the tourney, should be interesting.  I think UMF has been underratted all year, to be honest I wouldn't be surprised to see them go as far as 2-3 rounds deep in the tourney, before possibly losing to USM.  Just my two cents.

Does it make sense to anyone else how MMA can be ranked higher than Farmington even though Farmington has beat them twice?  Yes I know UMF has one more loss but last time I checked MMA never played USM this year.  I don't know it doesn't make any sense to me.
