Really sounds like Cap has no leadership in the athletic department and in the presidents office at this point.  Why would you let something fall from grace that was so good?  What happened to the candidates that interviewed?  Did they all turn down the job or see how messed up things were there?  Is anyone going to want this job?  Is the administration going to let the next guy do what he needs to do or win?  Or is it going to be, recruit and retain kids, we could care less if you win or not, which is what I have heard.  Which wouldn't winning help to retain kids?  Sounds like they are going back to the bass akwards type of ways that it was there eleven or twelve years ago.

Raider, the question is, what are they lookin for?  Hell give the alumn a shot the guy obviously loves the place or he wouldn't be interested.  There are a lot of DI guys out there interested in the job that are out of work right now.  But you know the first chance they get they are going to hop back in.  A guy that is an alumn and has a vested interest is going to be proud to be there and will work his tail off.  I mean this guy had about as much success at Hiram as anyone could.  Did his best rendetion of making chicken salad out of chicken ****.

So who is going to get the Capital job?  If you haven't heard, Bickel to Ohio Dominican as the new Defensive Coordinator on Bill Conley's new staff.  Was announced to the team at 4:00 pm today.

It is getting close isn't it?!?!  So I see that the Terriers are doing a little bit out of state and heard they have a huge class coming in of about 70 to 75?  Who do you think has the best class for the NCAC this year? 

Guess Hiram is really bumping up the recruiting efforts with the new staff, actually put up some big yardage against Witt in the season finally, even though the defense gave up a huge amount of points, looks like they are on the right track, but they also started something like 18 or 19 freshman and sophs.  So looking good for the old Terriers in the future.

Let me just throw this out there fellas!  What do you think if the NCAC went to a schedule like the OAC's where the whole conference plays each other for nine conference games but then they and the OAC agree to play the lone opener against each other?  That would make for a strong strength of schedule and I know this has it's pluses and minuses but what do you think about that and if that may ever happen?

I see that Denison just hired a new DC.  Any word on who that is?

I was just wondering if anyone knew and could share some info with me, who did Kenyon hire as their new DC and what happened to Coach Posey?
