You are right for about a 7 min stretch in the late 2nd half, UPS couldn't throw the ball in the ocean.  Point played good D and I think the collar might have gotten a bit tight on UPS.  That was our lowest point total in quite some time.  Thanks for bringing up those old UPS/Point scores. lol. It would have been awesome if they would have played a series.  I would have liked for UPS to make adjustments to the press and Point's zone.  As far as that PLU game...wow, that was the most brutal shooting night ever.  That was the year before we started our up tempo and press.  But still it was just awful.

I don't think that UPS will be scoring quite as much this year as they have in years past...they might have to rely on defense more this year.

Was it miserable shooting by the Logs or good defense by the Pointers that kept UPS to 55 points?

I wasn't trying to take anything away from Point...it was probably some of both.

Well the Logs kept it close most of the night...it got away from them a little bit at the end.  They hit a real offensive drought in the second half and hardly scored for about 7 mins.  I would have to say I am definately encouraged by this game...it should be something they can build on.

Whoa baby, WW sure took a beat down last night.  Humbling I'm sure...especially after that premature final 4 talk.  UWSP is tough!  They always are.  UPS is going to have to bring their A game tonight for it to be a good game...I'm excited to see what they bring to the table.
