Mangino is the source of many jokes and funny shirts in the KC area!
Mangino got lost during his last recruiting visit to KC. So, he pulls into a Wendy's and asks how to get back to 435 (which is an interstate that loops around KC)? Wendy's employee replies "Try a salad."
Com'on now. Let's leave the jokes at a minimum on Mangino. He's turned that Kansas program into a quality football program: Kansas, a tradition since September.

oAs.
PS I'm wearing a Central shirt right now.
St. Paul Central?
You can post from a piece of fruit? That's awesome. I'll have to try that.
Which is a worse game to watch right now? Stephen-Argyle win No. 67 in a row, or a bad game between Nebraska and Colorado?
The Stephen Argyle game is bad. 9-man football is bad for that matter. It is just painful to watch. What's the deal with Argyle anyways. Do they just have stellar athletes year in and year out or what? Time to turn in the pigskin for a little and watch some puck on FSN. 9-man football has me questioning my motives.

Looks as though it was a solid day runnin the ball for Patnode and the offensive line as well as a solid day out of the back field for Patnode. Are Schnobrich and Blackmore hurt or just not gettin the rock? Nontheless money performances by both MIAC teams.

Interesting article on Flannery. Was rather amused by the Adrian Peterson question but am assuming that he was referring to the fact that he has made such a significant impact on the Royals squad as Peterson has for the Vikings. Would have liked to have seen both there faces as the question of thinking of the NFL was brought up. Nontheless, sounds like a great future for this kid barring injury. Still trying to figure out what I would have said to the "What did you hear about Bethel that you didn't like" question.

Gentlemen. Just like to interrupt your regularly scheduled programming of Johnnie and Royal talk to tell you that after spending years of reading message after message (or opinion after opinion) on the MIAC Forum, I finally caved in. Glad to be on board.
But which team do you back?
To answer a question that seems as though it was asked ages ago, due to the fact that I had to rearrange my account stuff from some reason and got so far behind that you'd think some of you guys have this forum connected to you pager with automatic response on, yes I am a "lurking" Gustie. Not bringing to much to the table this far into the season, but am looking to make the trip to Johnnieville on Saturday which could change that. O yea, just wanted to bring the percentage of Johnnie posters down to about 90% on here.
