It'd be in Wartburg's best interest for Loras to beat BV and hope BV loses somewhere else down the line.  So for at least the next seven days, call me a Duhawk fan.  Now excuse me while I go dry heave for a while.

I always knew you had a soft spot for us Duhawks. Maybe Loras will mop up on wartburg like we always do over wartburg's tv students.

Kohawk Remedy, no matter how terrible the referee's are, they never take the game from a team.  From what many other posters have said, Coe had plenty of opportunities to stop Loras and was even given some questionable calls as well.  I think someone said they were given an INT when the ball clearly hit the ground.  Even one of Coe's defensive ends Aaron Hadenfeldt said that if they had done their jobs, Loras wouldn't of even been in that situation at the end of the game.

did loras even have any actual yardage that they earned that drive, or was it all penalties?

I can't believe people aren't willing to admit defeat. The ball clearly was snapped milliseconds before the buzzer. I have seen the actual tape and it concurs. Just admit you lost and be good sports. There are plenty of games left in the season!

Go Duhawks!

there is no tape, the person taping didnt the endzone shot didnt get the final play... unless there were 2 people taping the endzone shot.  i'm hoping the line about clearly seeing something in milliseconds is sarcastic

i was with a bunch of loras people that day, and most of them admitted that it had ran out

Umm? There is no tape?  This video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6tBG569AVg clearly shows the last play of the game.  On top of that du_sz and myself have the tape of that game in our possession and it clearly shows the final play.

I think you are in denial sir. You lost; get over it and look to next weeks game. It's a long season.

All I have to say is Cornell sucks... stop talking about them.

I believe the saviors of the IIAC are Loras and Simpson... only teams that didn't lose last week!

Congrats to Wheaton. They just found a way to win and #10 came out of nowhere. I'm glad I got to see Raymond play 3 times this year, he is a real treat to watch.

Good luck the rest of the way. I know I'll be rooting for the underdog!

I would just like to say, as a Loras fan, seeing the Warhawks play for the very first time I was incredibly impressed with their guard play. Number 3 and 15 couldn't miss and 21 dealt the ball with ease. I am just wondering what happened to the big men?

Both teams played great and its sad to see the Warhawks go they were an awesome team to watch.

Go IIAC!

the first time these two teams played raymond was held in check, but after his performance at the end of tonight's game i don't know if anyone in D3 can stop him. He took over the overtime.

Loras will be looking for a rematch and both teams will be tired after two incredibly tough games.

Best of luck to Wheaton!

I think the Dubuque Telegraph Herald should lead with this headline tomorrow:

Determined Duhawks Destroy Kohawks

The determination this team has to prove itself will show saturday in Storm Lake.

I'd like a UD/Loras rematch at the new AWC in Dubuque on saturday but I think Loras will be traveling to Storm Lake for the second time in 1 week.

BV was in this same situation last year.

Loras over Coe by 9 - Loras will come out firing after saturday

BV over UD by 3 - UD guards will keep it close but BV's size will dominate

Cornell will show off their 3 point shooting with LaDew leaving it all on the court:

Cornel by 9 over Coe

UD's Daugherty and Blum make it rain from 3:

UD by 15 over Central
