This weekend, Alvernia vs. Gwynedd-Mercy....1 on Friday, DH on Saturday.....could this be for the driver's seat in the PnAC ?

Actually, bballfan, he started the year as #3 if I heard correctly, he's a freshman.....#1 (Jr.) & #2 (So.) each got wins vs. Susquehanna on Sunday. Whatever # each guy is will shake out as the year goes by....they are all good pitchers, and the staff does a nice job with them.  Good luck to you guys the rest of the way....thanks again for the updates.

Hi fellas.....I'm new here and to the D3 baseball world, but am excited for the upcoming season.   I can tell you that Alvernia lost some big guns, and that they have a young pitching staff, but with this coaching staff and some very good returning players, they should be very competitive, esp. in the PAC.  We play 3 at Lynchburg this weekend, so we'll find out soon.....

Hey Hornet guy.....is there a radio broadcast of your home games?  I will be attending next weekends games, but want to listen on the radio as well.  Thanks and good luck....I look forward to the road trip.

Hello fellas, I'm new here as my son is a freshman in the PnAC in 2008.  I found this and hope to share some thoughts and observations about the league....

I'd share who he plays for, but lets wait to see how he does....hahaha.  Just kidding.  He is a freshman pitcher for Alvernia.  I love that atmosphere, and the staff there, they seem to "get it" when it comes to baseball.
