Kean vs. MSU final, very exciting stuff, good rivalry amongst the two teams. Kean is in the driver's seat needing just one win, MSU needs to sweep.

Three way tie going into the final double headers tomorrow. Kean, TCNJ, Montclair. Rowan one game back. Kean/TCNJ meet tomorrow and Montclair/Rowan meet as well. Gonna be some good stuff. All four teams are ranked regionally. 1 TCNJ, 3 Rowan, 4 Montclair, 6 Kean. NJAC regular season Champion up for grabs. If Kean, TCNJ, or Montclair sweep they are guaranteed at least a tie for first. Tourny time next week. Cant wait. Good luck to all.

MSU will play Hopkins tomorrow night. The past few years Montclair has been beaten badly, but they usually throw 9 pitchers in 9 innings. They have the final weekend of conference play coming up, and their schedule the past two weeks has been six games tues-sat, with a double header sat. Def tough on the staff, shows in the numbers. Hopkins certainly has a great team this year, and MSU has been playing well as of late, so hopefully we will see a good game.

Again sorry, I did not mean to sound brash, and as I read my original post, it is certain that I was. I look at this site daily, and I love what you guys are doing. Keep up the good work.

(copied and pasted from National Topics Discussion) posted on the wrong board. Sorry.

Thank-you. I imagine with all the D-3 schools it is certainly hard to cover every game. The website does a great job hands down.

D3baseballnut:

I think the NJAC teams are as strong as years past, but the amount of dominate pitchers may not be what it used to be. If you look over Kean, TCNJ, Rowan, and Montclair's schedules they all have quality wins over ranked opponents. And as for Montclair starting off 1-5 with those 5 straight, they are 18-6 since then. I will post this in the NJAC section, as to get it out of the National Topic forum. Sorry for the post in the wrong area.

This afternoon Montclair's head coach Norm Schoenig won his 600th career game over long time rival William Patterson University. Both of these programs have a vast history, and today, Montclair honored recently retired head Coach Jeff Albies. It is nice to see that two teams who have such a rivalry, can still show respect to one another. Montclair in honor of coach Albies today held Jeff Albies day at their stadium with a small ceremony during the 5th inning. Both of these coaches have done a lot for division III baseball and their players. I just wanted to recognize and say congrats to Coach Schoenig on his achievement. Hopefully there are many more to come.

Just wanted to get some talk about the Mid-Atlantic region going before D3baseball.com writes their preview on it. Who are the top teams in each conference? Who will represent the region in Appleton? Top players in the region? You get this gist of things.
