For some reason, I'm not inclined to believe the Killgallon line about there not being an offer.  I'm guessing they offered and he was hit with the reality of the relatively low salary and declined.  Both parties are trying to save face and this is the story they came up with.  Why else would Whitesell pull his name at this point?

I have heard from players on the team that a minimum of 3 and as many as 5 current Blugold underclassmen will not be returning next year...seems to be an every-year deal at EC...they had 1 sr this year in fofana and MAYBE 1 sr next year...tough to be competitive with those numbers

A little bird told me that a former assistant coach from a Western WIAC school is the new head coach at UW Super.  Any confirmation on this from anyone from Souptown?

Heard that Prince from UWEC is leaving school...anyone able to confirm this?  That would be a blow to their depth in the backcourt.

A few weeks ago someone posted that EC's Ryan Shea probably won't play.  Can anyone confirm?  If he is not, that could be a big loss for the Blugolds.

Sounds like he's playing now...Probably a lot easier to say you're not going to play in September than October.  I sure hope he plays and plays well, because I think EC can be a solid team with him. 

Doesn't hurt to have Coach Rich Roginski (former Eleva-Strum Coach) helping out Gibby.  He's a class act who will bring a lot to the table.

Is anyone in EC land able to verify the rumor that Ryan Shea is not playing this year?  I've heard this from multiple sources.  I'm hopeful that this is not true as EC seemed to have potentially solid team with a good mix of returners and vetereans.

Prince is a very nice player...he'll push for minutes next year and Stovall will be a contributor down the road.
