Just isn't the same with Burke in there.  Not even close.  That Wabash offense can't move it at all.

I know offenses that can't move it, and this is one of them.

Your defense isn't doing much better...

might as well include your special teams too...

This campus map might be useful.

OK, wait.....I am confused but that is pretty easy to do these days.  So......... we can set up next to the stadium in a grassy knoll behind the visitors stands but that is limited space OR we get relegated to the top of a parking garage about a block away.  Is that right?  Just need to have it decided as we Warhawks want to cluster together in the same place for warmth and strength in numbers. Can't have you Cardinal fans, "dividing and conquering us."   ;) If we opted for the parking garage, along which streets is that and will there be the girls athletics teams taking money and directing us where to go?   ;D  (tongue in cheek smiley)

fbf413,

Your best bet is the parking lot/garage.(its only one level so its not really a garage) The past two weeks there has been campus safety only letting NCC fans down to the lower parking lot/lower garage level. So my guess is that you probably wont be able to get to the area next to the field as well.  The lot/garage is located on Highland ave. between Loomis and Brainard.

For the UWW fans, is it about 2 hours from Whitewater to Naperville?
If so, should be a large following there! :)

yes and yes.

I have a group of 12 coming with me to the game! Plus there's atleast one bus full of fans coming down from Whitewater.

I am one of those 12 that will be attending.  I think the cannon guy should come and park his setup a block away, and fire that thing every time we score  ;)

Any cannon that comes within a five mile radius of NCC is going to be destroyed by the hands of five guys in red and white stripped overalls. (regardless of who is firing it)   ;D

SNC would have been a one and done last year. This year I think they have a chance.

You can't be serious

All I am saying is give credit where credit is due. I'm not saying it would have been 2 more tds if crackel or hlavic would have played all I'm saying is NCC dominated the game from beginning to end. I know its hard for you guys to admit but come on the game was never close at all
#8
Really? Did you watch the game today or did you follow mugsys analysis? If the game was closer than I thought then I apologize.
#9
I guess I saw a differant game than you guys did

Listen mugsy,
regardless of any type of offense ncc ran today, do you really think wheaton stood a chance? NCC'S defense controlled the game beginning to end there was not a moment in the game were there was a chance for wheaten to even get on the board.you say that you respect this and that but you don't. How about you take an ass kicking like happened today and shut your mouth for once?

Its no secret that I back North Central. Especially on the basketball side, some posters no doubt think I am sometimes, lets say, overzealous in my praise/support of the Cardinals.
To this end, many of you will likely be surprised at this post. However, I feel compelled to comment. I realize its not very conventional to call out fellow supporters of the same team you root for. But, in this instance, I think its necessary. Also while greatly overstepping my bounds, I would like to offer an apology to the Carthage football team.
You see, the problem I'm referring to was the behavior of some North Central "fans"
during the Cardinal-Red Men football game a couple of weeks ago. Specifically 3 idiots in particular. I don't know who these guys are--they're quite possibly ex NCC footballers. They were occupants of the North end zone during the game. This is territory frequented by many former players during NCC football games, the vast majority of who are ardent NCC backers and also great fans and gentlemen.  Judging from their reactions, I'd say many of them were shocked and irritated to say the least over the behavior by the 3 individuals in question. I noticed many of the other fans vacated the area.
Specifically, at one point NCC was on about the Carthage 3 or 4 yard line. The CC backers and DBs were lined up on the goal line and in the north end zone just a few feet in front of the jackasses in question. These "fans" were hurling insults of a very personal nature at the CC defenders. It was loud, and it was steady over the course of several minutes. I won't repeat what was said here. Suffice it to say they crossed the line in terms of the language they used and the personal nature of said language.
I don't know the names of the 3 jokers, but can describe them:
1. Blue Michigan jacket with "Michigan" in yellow letters across the back.
2. Black shirt with football laces on the front and a tan hat worn backwards.
3. Shiny black Nike jacket with a Cubs hat worn backwards.

I hope the NCC "security" staff keeps an eye out for these guys in the remaining games and kicks their butts out if there is any such additional insanity.
Again, one NCC fan's apologies to the Red Men.

If you think those guys were really that bad, you should go to a game at Franklin College. Not only do you have a cannon going off in your ear every 30 seconds, but their fans are ruthless.

I think the poll was very fair this week. Although seeing how many points NCC gave up versus Carthage, it would be interesting to see what Monmouth could do. I really hope the Scots see a CCIW opponent in the playoffs.

If you want to see them so bad, then why don't you guys schedule them for a pre-season game.

This game is not even close ncc dominates both sides of ball 27-7

Not that the weather will affect my attendance at tomorrow's game, but here are the projected game conditions for Naperville tomorrow:

There is a 20% chance of precipitation during the night, so the field may get a bath, but it's unlikely.

Kickoff
46 degrees, partly cloudy
20% chance of precipitation
Wind out of the West at 15 mph

By 3:00 pm
46 degrees, Sunny
0% chance of precipitation
Wind from the West at 14 mph

Go Thunder!

20% chance of rain 100% chance of a NCC win!!
