Congratulations to all of today's winners.  Way to hang on Luther!  I watched the end of your game and it was exciting.  But what a mud mess.  Time to join the majority of the conference with field turf.

No chance Luther ever gets field turf...coming from a former receiver nothing worse then running routes in that mess...but I really think it plays to this teams strengths...next weekend should be fun!!

1. Central
2. Wartburg
3.  Simpson
4.  Luther
5.  Loras
6.  Coe
7.  BV
8.  UD
9.  Cornell

Not very clear on how this year is going to play out...I have a feeling this years Central team went into the offseason with a little extra motivation because of last years finish... Sneed might end up being one of the best QB's in the league this year if he can stay heathly...the rest of the rankings have no real reason behind them...Looking forward to Kick-off!

So who is in charge of the pick em's this year and who thinks that dutchie can climb out of the cellar she dug her self last season ;D

I looked back at last year's results -- I went 35-19. I wasn't first, but I certainly wasn't the worst, either. (I did have to relinquish my "first place" crown, which I intend to win back this year.)

Bring it, Klop.

Who ended up winning last years pick'ems?...You didn't let a rookie like me win did you guys...and gal..?
I am not singing I am bringing drama dutchie...My first full year in the pick ems and I do recall that I did best you, just like the games of pool ;)

Does Simpson web cast their b-ball games? If so does anyone have the link to it?

I didn't notice if they also video stream.

Thanks!

Turnovers killed LC against UPS once again...24 for the game and they only lost by 10...gotta find a way to stop turning the ball over...hopefully they can rebound today against Linfield.

What can brown do for you???

LCNorse just a fan...or does he have a GF on the Luther team ;)

Both would be the answer to that...They picked up the 2nd win of the season last night...just happy to see W's right now

LC is only going to get better as the year goes. But they do need to find some scoring or else it could be a long year. Hopefully a good trip out west after x-mas can propel them into the conference schedule.

Thunder...my high school job was working in Prairie Hill Cheese Factory near Juda...heard of it?

/quote]
Yes, I was sorry to see that one close. I bought a lot of great muenster and brick  from Grossens. I still see Corie regularly at the lab in Monroe. Gary less often, he took a cushy state job as the head cheese maker for Babcock Hall, at the UW. As for some of your other mates, last I knew Steve was at Schullsburg Creamery and Josh and his wife bought a factory outside of Monticello. We buy from Josh and Carla every week so I see them regularly. Now I know where you got your work ethic from. Thats a tough summer job.

Some of the best in the world...
