UWRF at number 8 again. Too bad, hopefully the transfer WR from Minnesota will help them get out of the cellar.

Congrats to the Falcons for defeating UWL on Saturday. Let's hope they can keep the positivity going up there and end the season (again) on a good note versus the golds! Go Falcons

August 23, 2011, 09:12:55 PMQuoteHe is a great player. Had some attitude and in-game penalties at MSU..If they can rein in all of that talent u will have one fantastic player.
Only have to keep him out of trouble until December.....Also, I would imagine WW should be a little less of a tempting place as far as trouble goes compared to Mankato.....but you never know!
After watching him dominate at the D2 level I would say he has to be one of the best if not the absolute best secondary player D3 has to offer.....special!!!!

Sounds like UWW is gonna have a nice transfer AA safety in the secondary this fall!!
What organization named him an AA? DIIfootball.com had three underclassmen AA defensive backs (all second team) and none of them are from Racine. The AFCA's site only lists the first team and three of them are seniors. The one underclassman is the same as was listed on the other site.
Maybe he's assuming he'll be an AA at the DIII level.
My apologies on all of that....he technically was not an AA, however he was a 2010 preseason AA selection. First Team All-NSIC 2009 and 2010, and a 2009 Daktronics Second Team All District in D2.....thats factual.

Hope alot of these young minnesota players from UWRF stay at UWRF in the coming years! Seems they have a few decent young players in Adams, Mandoza, Bjorkland, Mehan, Brandt, and Udeh to name those listed in the recap! Things will get better there for sure!

I think many conduct consequences, especially those of student conduct have changed since 2001 at UWRF. Comparing a coaches conduct from nearly 10 years ago to a current student-athletes conduct of a few months ago seems like a bit of a reach to me. I really do not think that one has any relation with the other. Just my opinion. Also, just because that coach kept his job does not mean he was not reprimanded by the university and legal system for his actions....

The WSUC teams of the 70's and 80's were totally different than the NAIA teams of today. Those WSUC teams competed with and defeated many of the current D2 teams such as Mankato State, Winona State, and other Minnesota D2's. So no Bulk19, all of those players were not inferior. I also never stated that individual players were inferior, just the association as a whole.
