@REMSLEEP...Truth be told Kates is among my favorite DIII players in recent memory and an absolute beast.  As I did this quickly last night I was feeling Mr. Carr is usually the 2nd fiddle, is also a tremendous asset to WPI, maybe even underrated, and I wanted to adhere to just one player from a team or I would write all night.  THANK YOU for your appreciate for MK.  If I am starting a team of active DIII guys, Mitchell Kates is on the short list of guys you consider early.  Made sure to rep every league as well.  For instance I like the DeVaughn kid at Thomas out of Brockton but I'll take Coppola, Wang, Choice, and the such that I also did not have on that quick overview.

@FORMERBANT10...my bad, a cut and paste from Excel gone wrong...

Thanks for commenting.  Type of talk I was hoping to generate.

Fully aware of the changes.  Just trying to set the scene, get into gear, get some talk started.  Relax.

Much better situation in my opinion to play teams twice...for the student-athlete experience.

Surprised the Rochester site is NCAA tourney game eligible with those dimensions.

St. Mary's quickness and shooting giving Midd some problems early but Panthers grabbing momentum here at the end of the 1st.  In a bit of a grinder so far St. Mary's leads 27-25.

Certainly valid points made by Larry...still very unfortunately for the Middlebury faithful to not see those games in Pepin Gym.  Surely earned it.  Can't sweat it now though.

Any thoughts on the Middlebury/Rochester matchup.  Don't know much about Rochester but saw Coach Flockerzi's teams at Skidmore.  They liked to trap/double the ball a ton, play relatively chaotic, and take a bunch of 3's.  Realizing the Grinnell roots and their roster looks tiny, is that the kind of game Rochester is looking to play?  Have to imagine Middlebury's size advantage will be a major factor in the game Friday.

...and then there were 16...
