Hello to all i am new the post board and would like to say that this was another great year in the E8 it was exciting to watch and wait until that last two weeks to see who was going to win the conference.
to move on i am responding to the previos post about boltus in the nfl. as you can all tell i am a wick fan. i have watched boltus over that past 4 years and have seen what this kid can do. i know there is alot of talk about him being drafted in the nfl this year. after attending most of the games this year i have to say that i saw more than my fair share of nfl scouts coming to watch him play. teams such as the vikings, 49ers and so on. being a football fan of all levels i would have to say that boltus is by far the best D3 quarterback ive ever seen. the kid has all the tools of a great athlete, size, speed, strength. I know there has been alot of talk about him playing in the nfl as a quarterback. i have even heard that some of the scouts have told him that his arm strenght is better than a few starting nfl quarterbacks, but that being said i am not yet sold on him playing quarterback in the nfl. with the huge difference in game speed and talent i am not sure if he can play at that calliber. To say that hartwick would have been the same team that past two years without boltus is a far fetch. His abilities to move the ball up and down the field have been obviose and some of those who say that he is not a pocket passer but in the brockerport game i recall seeing him sit in the pocket and through a 40yrd rope for a td while being hit. But to move on i am still not sold boltus playing quarterback in the nfl. However i could see him playing another position. He more than has the athletic abilitiy to maybe play saftety or special teams. I know everybody is debating whether he could start in the nfl or play quarterback but that is yet to be determined. Now if boltus were to be drafted which i would say is possible not im not yet sold that it will happen i could see him maybe being signed as a FA either as a quarterback but also the possiblity of being signed/or drafted as a athlete, and then being put in any position on the field
