Kevin Foeman is what makes Mary Washington so good. He is 7-1 on the year with an ERA under 2.

Crazy weekend in the ODAC. Lynchburg loses two at Emory and Henry and HSC loses two to Randolph-Macon. W&L splits with VWC and BC sweeps guilford and Roanoke sweeps EMU.
BC scores 42 runs this weekend in only 20 innings of hitting (because they were home team, they batted 6 times and 8 times in the two games saturday and then only 6 times against catholic sunday in a shortened game). Pounded out 19 hits in both the second game vs. guilford saturday and the game against catholic sunday, and scored 24 runs today against catholic. not a bad weekend for the eagles.

If I have heard right, BC coach Jean Willi will be going for her 200th career victory Saturday when the Wasps travel to Bridgewater. Good luck coach Willi on the accomplishment

Goose---
We had that same problem here at BC, as Im sure alot of schools tend to have. You can never have too many students at a game, so its always good to look for ways to get more there. One thing we have done is turn it over to a club called SAAC (Student Athletic Advisory Committee). I am actually the president of the club at BC, and we have done some things to encourage students to come to athletic events. One thing we have done is what we call "Pack the Stands." We set out certain games each season for each team and advertise them through posters and emails and try to do special drawings at the games. This is just one thing we have done. I dont know if you have any "pull" or direct affiliation with CNU, but if you want more information, let me know.

There were probably a few BC football hats on the sidelines at the Hula Bowl as quite a few members of the BC athletic training program were invited to be the trainers for the game. I know one of the trainers was interviewed for what I think was a documentary of some sort. I didnt see the game. did any of the D III players do anything?

For those posters that only check the football board, or simply enjoy reading "Kid's" posts, you should definitely check out the women's b-ball board for the ODAC. Apparently "Kid" hasnt told anyone about his secret passion for women's b-ball. He's really gettin fired up.....lol.

Again, just curious -- not giving my opinion, a bad idea for an SID.
Anyone have thoughts on all-ODAC for this year? Almost the midway point this season.
My picks are somewhat uninformed because i havent seen each team play (though I have seen most of them), but here is my shot at first team all-odac.
Megan Silva- RMC
Marsha Kinder- BC
Jennifer King- GC
Katie Herr- BC
Amanda Renalds- EMU
The top 3 seem like a lock because of their stats. Katie does EVERYTHING. And Renalds is a toss up with some other players like Jessica Hunsinger (W&L) or Megan Stensrud (RMWC). But like I said, that is a party uninformed opinion.

Kid must have gotten stuck in the Bridgewater traffic out of the game. Either that or he is working on some big, intricate post. But the Eagles prevail here at BC tonite against the Marlins and are not tied atop the ODAC with RMC (I suppose they are tied at least). Great first half by the Eagles. They came out a little flat in the second, and the Marlins picked up their D, but BC still won by about 10 (cant remember the final score). Number 11 for the Marlins really impressed me. She is the fastest player I have seen this year and can shoot the lights out. I would like to see her and Silva up against eachother. Good game on both ends. Great win for the Eagles.
