fair enough TC,I know the TOMMIES are a good football team but i can tell you this they have not seen a offense like monmouths offense . based on what i have seen in the last 21 monmouth football games this game will be won on whoevers defense steps up.MONMOUTH HAS TO STOP THE TOMMIE,running game to have a chance.ON the other side of the ball the Tommies better get ready for 4 and5 wideout sets.OH by the way did I tell monmouth rushes for 190 a game .HMMM WHAT A DILEMA.

SNCOLDAD. congratulations on a fine season .Snc seems to be peaking at the right time. HOPE the experts see it that way I would love to see two mwc teams make it. I also have a son that starts for Monmouth would love to see a rematch think it would be quite a game.

ok, tell me you saw the game last year total mismanagement of the clock . just in case you did not see the game let me give you a recap monmouth 1st and ten wartburg47 3..49 on clock monmouth drives to wartburg 11 3rd and a foot empty backfield wartburg no time outs1.21 remaining illegal procedure 3rd and six pass in endzone dropped. 4th down incomplete. why not just run the ball 3rd and a foot worst case scenerio clock continues to run by the time wartburg gets the ball back maybe 15 seconds left

clueless? why is it that a team that is 20-1 the last two years can not get any respect from this board. lets face it with the exception of mount union and uww you can take 3 through 12 and the team that makes the least mistakes will probably win the game.though i might be biased because i have a son that starts for monmouth i know a good football team when i see one.

dutchawk, true statement about last year records but 18 out of 19 starters back on a team that averaged 48 a game last year and 48 a game this year is a pretty consistent offense no matter who they play and lets see how central matches up against 4 and5 wides. That vaunted pass rush better be just that.

the game against loras was first game of the year good teams get better throughout the year i believe monmouth is better than that first game of the year. this is basically the same team that lost to wartburg in the second round last year on the final play of the game. i am just saying monmouth would be very competive against anyone in the iac

I doubt monmouth is scared of anybody in the IAC . I believe it should be the other way around i think it would be a terrific matchup central.s defense against monmouth offense . All i know after watching all the monmouth games this year is central,s d better be as good as advertised because monmouths offense is as good as as good as advertised. oh by the way their defense isnt to shabby either.

monmouth needs to approach this game in a playoff state of mind .play mistake free football and play the starters as long as they need to get a comfortable lead . dont take chances with the starters if they are up 50 at half.
