I agree no one is so talented as to take a team for granted, but some have definite advantages in returning players. They were middle of the lineup players and tough outs, that is hard to replace on any team!Like any team Oneonta has to prove it belongs in the tourney.Good start for B-Port!!!

I do wish O-State well! The staff and players haven't had an easy time. It's hard to replace a long time coach with out some hiccups along the way.It will be hard for them to get to the tourney this year let alone knocking off N.P. or B-Port.Experienced players are very hard to replace at any level!!

I don't want to cry"foul",I want to lodge a formal complaint. How do they know someone disagrees with their decision if you don't let "them" know.Whoever "them" is or are!! I'm not complaining about the outcomes of the game or advantages or disadvantages of one team or another,I'm complaining about starting a game at an unreasonable hour and playing until almost 3AM.Two games were scheduled for Sat. and one for Sunday, certainly adjustments could have been made without disrupting the whole tournament. Clearly not a lot of common sense went into this decision!           And please don't tell me its been done in the past, that doesn't make it right and only adds to the stupidity!!

I would like to ask whose decision was it to start a game at 10:57PM? Also why was that game so important to be played on Friday night?

Now that's funny! And the little kangaroo in the pouch says me too!Keystone...awesome!!

Who's the idiot that schedules a baseball game at 11:00 at night!!! I hope someone with a brain prevails with that decision!

I'd say you better get used to seeing NP at the party. They could be dangerous in years to come!Gotta like what their coach has done!Truth didn't need to show up, P-burgh was only a 500 team.Sure do miss that bell..............NOT!

No I don't think they will. But that's why you play the game! There are no unbeatable teams in this tourney.Every team has decent pitching,it should be an interesting weekend!Bring on the sunshine!!!

Oneonta has to win the tourney to get in now. They have an outside chance to do that! But most likely haven't got the pitching depth.

And quite possibly a tough weekend ahead.. I agree Cortland is no lock to win the SUNYAC's, they had a lot of one run games.I see a very balanced field with no one scarey good.I will enjoy someone else winning, again!

"If the world was perfect,it wouldn't be". The SUNYAC'S also fit in Yogi"s quote. Why start the doubleheaders at noon? It seems your just begging for trouble, when a 10 or 11 oclock start is easily possible. Most teams will come the night before anyway! Secondly ,after watching Div.3 games for the better part of 12 years I still don"t understand allowing upwords of 50 people in the dugouts for games. Most dugouts aren't protected effectively from foulballs as it is. Having this many is not safe or necessary! While I"m on a roll... can"t rosters be required to be completed by a certain date!I understand everyone"s schedule is different but a set date would balance the equation for all.And lastly "if you come to the fork in the road, take it!" so I will,I think?                            Now Oneonta's AJ Bates didn't pitch in Fla.! Is he hurt,if so I hope it's not serious. He's got a live arm and would be a big loss for O-state.Outta time be more later!
