I just noticed that Newport News plays in the Atlantic Central Football Conference but according to Wikipedia (and trusting Wikipedia might be my mistake) they are not a member of the NCAA.  If they went undefeated and played a schedule that met the proper requirements, could they make the Division 3 playoffs?  Or does the fact that they're not an NCAA team disqualify them immediately?
