i was told she was hired because she was a woman and blackburn had no full-time women in the athletic department

i guess i just don't understand how you hire a new AD and new basketball coach and don't make announcements or update your website etc

does anyone know why its taking so long for Blackburn to announce their new AD? I heard that had hired one over a month ago but no official word?

does anyone know anything about the blackburn athletic director search or basketball coach search?
