So the TLU softball team went 41-3 and have to travel to Trinity for the Conference Tourney. Meanwhile the TLU baseball team ties the conference lead and gets to host.
Isn't this a title nine situation. Who voted on this crap?

The NCAA makes how much each year? They should have no problems flying teams to the correct regions.

We had Eastern Connecticut State (CWS Champion) out of the gates. Lost in the 10th.
i thought the same thing, Trinity, Pamona Pitzer were head and shoulders better programs than 4 of the regional winners. West gets somewhat screwed year after year.

Not to mention our second game against Lakeland was 32 and sleeting. Wish it was just a little more south.

The locals are incredible and everyone in that community supports this tournament to the fullest.

Connor Bertsch 1st team All American. I really thought Cox would slide in but gets 2nd team.
Both had a hell of a year.

NCAA flew us from Austin to Chicago and bused us up to Appleton, such a beautiful area.
Furguson Jenkins was the guest speaker who kicked things off. These kids will have a blast.

Couldnt be happier for Trinity, well deserved. Especially the pitching coach Smith. His pitching coach would be proud right now.

Congrats to both, well deserved.

Can we finally get an ASC team in the World Series. We (2002 College World Series team) are getting old. :)

Concordia split with Trinity. They were ranked 15th at the time of their win in Austin. Not sure if that would count.

Concordia should very much be in the hunt for an automatic bid.

Laughable Concordia is 4th in the region.

I remember the year we won the Regional in Southwestern (2002) it seemed we had a month off until things started in Fox Cities/Appleton.

Connor Bertsch, most likely the player of the year in the ASC hit a mammoth shot over the centerfield wall late in the game to secure the lead. Pope did not look his best, have to give credit to Hardin Simmons for playing well.

More baseball today :)  Weather here is cloudy and yes rain will be scattered. We need it.

I would expect Boggs to have his guys ready. I have not seen UMHB play this year.
