It would be great if Wara and Plattevilles McWethy both made NFL teams. I would say McWethy has a better shot, don't know Waras numbers but, McWethys were off the charts.

UW Plattevilles Ryan Mcwethy had his pro day last week at the University of Wisconsin. His numbers are top at the top for any level. His height was 6'1 weighing 226. He ran a 5.52 forty, bench 225 31 times which is the most of anyone, his vertical was 37 1/2, and his 3 cone drill was the fastest of anyone at the combine at safety. If I am an NFL I would take a chance on this kid, at least as a special teams guy. Good Luck.

Keep in mind that three teams in the MIAC have been in the Top 25, and a fourth could also be considered. I know you are WIACcentric, but really!
Keep in mind a 3-3 team in our conference lost by 3 to the number 1 team in MIAC land and lost by a combined total of 123-49 in 3 games to our number 1 and number 2 teams in the WIAC.

Its a shame that the WIAC is such a brutal conference look at the top three teams in the conference and I feel they could compete with any team in the country. The WIAC needs to get rid of the conference teams playing each other for non conference, that hurts our team records and in turn brings our strength of schudule down. And the NCAA comittee needs to see that Eau Claire a 3-3 team in conference and 3-6 overall barely lost to St. Thomas a pontential 1 seed while Oshkosh beat them 50-13 UWP beat them 49-19 and 24-17 and UWW beat them 19-10 and the same can be said for La-crosse over North Central. But, should won doesn't cut it, I think it will be a awful if UWP possibly a top ten team in the rankings(even though the rankings don't matter to the NCAA) does not make the playoffs.

I think UWP is most liking the Oshkosh of next year they lose two offensive linemen who were hurt all year, one receiver and they get Anderson and Vlask back due to medical redshirts. One defense they lose 5 starters and 3 all conference players in snyder, mcwethy, and marks so that should hurt a little bit more. But they only have 12 seniors on there roster as it is so they are young still. Also how does everyone feel about UWP's chances for get an at large bid? They got some help this weekend and they are the 2nd place team in the best conference in the nation. Would be nice to get 2 WIAC schools in and they are rolling now it seems like.
