Good point there Bob.  I'm not seeing it either.  Kulick got shorted pretty bad - didn't realize he had those numbers.  7 bombs is no joke in the BBCOR era.

Kilkenny is a friend, so not to be biased, but yeah he can mash too.  I think second team would have been a solid spot.

Excited for this SAA championship series!  Wish Birmingham wasn't so far away so I could attend.  Two really solid teams squaring off.  Does anyone know if a live stream will be set up like Berry had?  That was enjoyable coverage.

So... Hendrix is the real deal.  What a sweep!  Radack continues to impress.  They are always a gritty team that really turns it on come playoff time.

The end to this SAA year is shaping up to be very interesting.  Rhodes has three TOUGH weekends coming up with Berry, Millsaps and BSC.  Millsaps record may not show it, but they've played tight games all year and are never to be taken lightly at their band box of a field.  If the weather warms up and that Jackson breeze starts blowing, the ball really launches out of that place.

That being said, Rhodes is having a fantastic year.  Can't wait to see if their stellar pitching can continue against some tougher lineups.  Need to get that offense turning again though.  It's feast or famine from the looks of the box scores, but then again that's about the status quo for my Lynx cats.

D3 baseball has been great this year - seems like more parity than ever.  At least in the teams I follow!

Agreed. These are the two teams from the old SCAC days that are relevant on a national level these days. What Millsaps did last year was a real feat. That's a program I always respected and a lineup I never looked forward to facing. Should be cool to see them clash with the Trinity boys again.

Thanks to LynxCat39 for the good write ups on Rhodes' weekend. Long way to go for my lynx cats (although the Huntingdon win looked to be a good one). Rhodes has a tough weekend coming up with a "quick" trip to NC.

Looking forward to following another year of D3 baseball.

Rhodes' Andrew Wallis drops bombs from both side of the plate in opener.  Impressive feat - probably not too common in D3.

Excited to see how this new conference shakes out!
