Having been around the Tufts team a lot over the past few seasons, I think it's fair to say they are in a better place now than they have been in three-plus years. They will be the better team on the field tomorrow against Bowdoin.

The only question is, can they figure out HOW to win? If they take an early lead, how will the players respond? Most of the guys on the field don't know what it feels like, and 52 of the 76 are freshmen and sophomores.

Still, I think if the Jumbos keep their cool and play half as well as they did in Lewiston, they will finally get one tomorrow.

Hey, everyone. I'm new to the boards -- recent Tufts grad from New York living in Boston who follows NESCAC football pretty closely.

First question: Will the Jumbos win a game? I think Bowdoin in Week 3 is their best shot. As someone mentioned before, it's a shame they don't play Hamilton.

Thoughts?
