Yes BigPoppa - It is EARLY for Rankings! However, it is never too early to start talking baseball!! Heats things up for the coming 2-months! I like your initial gut posting this early too.

DIII baseball conference & regionals should all have internet streaming (with multiple camera angles) available (or the regional should not be allowed to host)

Great Job Johnny -- quick clarification in the Central region --- IWU won conference so they should be a pool A making Augastna a Pool C. Think that would change anything (Augustana is hosting)

Is that the first year for the Head coach at Aurora? Is Coach leaving or asked to leave?

Surprised to see CU-C drop 2 to IBC.... Any insight on the game. CU-C plays a tough NorthPark today then IWU tomorrow --- really beefed up the schedule the last 3 days of regular season

Interesting numbers --- What other non-conference teams in the central / midwest regions are in consideration for a pool B - bid. I believe there is a limit on the number of pool B bids that are available.
Also, I was looking WashU schedule and noticed at 26-15 --- that already totals 41 games; 3 more games scheduled this weekend makes 44 games. My understanding is NCAA D3 teams had a limit of 40 games, is that true?

Webster beats Westminster 2-1 in 19 innings: (scoreless game through 12 innings --- both plated a run in the 13th) --- 4.5 hour game -
"Let's play 2 (and then one more inning)!"

BigPoppa --- I'm wondering the same thing on Concordia, looks like last season the sent them to Central Region (in Augustana) - not nearly ranked as high then... is it possible they send Stevens Point to Augustana (to split up the two UW teams in midwest region)?

Box score doesn't show everything... St. Louis region had severe weather systems all day... Winds howling in at high speeds... yes both teams have to hit in the same conditions... I saw 3 Webster balls crushed that normally would have left yard today become adventurous outs in the outfield --- no balls were hit like that from WashU... In the end, WashU made the most of their big scoring opportunity and won the game... but the box score doesn't predict the better team.
Webster has deep pitching to go along with strong hitting. They are well positioned to do will this tournament season... We will see...

Impressive roll for WashU.... 15 losses is quite a bit, perhaps dug themselves in a big hole early...

Do you think the committee will move CU-C or one of the UW teams into the Central Region (or another region) to even out the playing field...?
Central Region has Webu#2
Midwest Region has CU-C#3, UW-Whitewater #4, UW-Stevens Point# 9 (3 top-10 teams all in the same region)
I'm sure the NCAA committee would like to move one of the UW's into another region --- to increase odds ($$$'s) for one (or 2) UW teams advancing to CWS (attendance would be high if both advanced)?
