Just got back from RMC/Methodist game. Let me just say that RMC is a very good Team. There offense is really good but they need to shore up the defense. Methodist drop several TD passes in the first half. One was clearly pass interference but was not call. They also had one TD call back for holding which also was a bad call by the ref. The defense was line up in the neutral zone. As soon as the ball was snapped the ref threw the flag and somehow how they call a hold. Second half both teams play better defense but every time Methodist was moving the ball or had a big play the refs would throw a flag. Home field advantage I guess! I know everyone always complains about the reps but these guys control the outcome. D3 football teams and players play for the love of the game and the refs need to let the kids control the out come. Just to let you I was not the only one upset with these calls. I spent most of the game with a RMC fan and after several of these bad calls he started cheering for Methodist.

I cannot wait to see two games tomorrow Guilford vs Averett & RMC vs Methodist. I watched both games last week and I am not sure if Guilford and RMC were that good or if Averett and Methodist shot themselves in the foot. This will be a good test for all 4 teams. I'm looking for good games. Go USAC

This board is still quiet. I guess everyone is still waiting to see how things go this weekend. I still think the USAC is better. This week will be interesting. Hoping the usa will give the odoc some good games. The conference games will be dog fights if all the teams continue to improve this weekend. Good luck USAC, bring home some wins this weekend.

Good morning everyone. Not to much chatter this year. I guess everyone is looking to see what happens over the next couple of weeks. Here what I think about the USA. I think it is much improved from the past couple of years. Huntingdon, Maryville, NCW, Methodist, Lagrange. Averette and Ferrum will surprise some people over the next two weeks. I look for Huntingdon to repeat this year but I think there will be some great battles along the way. Good luck to all the teams in the USA and I look forward to a great season.

I did not look at it that way. That makes sense. Thank again for clearing it up.

I guess it is different with the NCAA. I guess the NFL looks at it as backwards because the best record wins. Thanks for the info.

Best record does not mean anything. That does not make sense. I could understand going to a tie breaker if two finish with the same record but I would think over record would win . Seem backwards to me.

Hello, first time post. Been reading for years. I have a question about how the division is decided. If Methodist and CNU win out, MU would be 8- 2 and CNU 7-3. Both teams would be 7-1 in conference. I assume MU would be champs. Is this Correct.
