I wouldn't mind seeing the backup qb in a few short yardage situations because he is a very good runner. Just something to give the d a different look. Maybe something they won't plan for or watch any tape on.

Justin Hill:  My height is 5'11 ½, weighed in at 191 pounds and I ran a 4.56 at the pro day last week.  It was at Miami of Ohio.

If Hill doesn't get a shot somewhere I'll be shocked. 4.56 is not a blazing 40, its not awful  I'm sure he can improve that a little. Hes got great hands , ball skills , willing blocker dude can catch anything just throw it near him. If Mount had not lost so early in playoffs he woulda went over 2000 yds and prob 30 something tds. What more can a player do really. Things would be totally different if he even ran a 4.49 . I think all scouts see is the 4.5 and think this isn't a 4.4 guy. Game speed is different, hes fast. Someone give this kid a chance.

Im sorry but what NCC did to our secondary last year was illegal. It was a crime to watch them get beat like that. I know there was no pressure on qb and NCC was really really good. But yeah after that everything is up for grabs at a school like Mount. These kids aren't coming just to play, their coming to win it all every year. Those are the expectations, feelings will get hurt and loyalty out the door along the way. It sux but it is what it is. Prove them wrong if ur worried bout playing time, bust ur a$$, nowa days tho people just wanna take their ball and go home.

That's what I was thinking. Was just trying to will him to Mount.. hahaa.. That'd be a good situation for him if he could get in at a top 25 fcs team and play immediately.

I wonder if transferring to Mount Union has even been a thought for Tate Martell. Instead of transferring d1(again) and sitting out a year and risk being in college for 7 years or play immediately at one of the best programs in the country. Hed still have a chance to go pro. Just throwing that out there cause nothing else is going on/

wow , that CJ Shedd kid really gets the ball out quick. His highlights were very nice. He may very well find the field quickly at Mount. Jordan Stancovich, kid looks like he may be playing a lot as a freshman. Those are 2 very nice recruits right there.
