New York Region / Re: BB: SUNYAC

Devastated to see all baseball suspended for the remainder of the year. Heartbreaking for all seniors... hopefully the NCAA doesn't try to do anything shady in regards to their eligibility... that would be entirely unfair to rob kids of their final season. Hoping everyone stays healthy and safe out there! Guess we will catch up next season.

Anyone happen to be traveling to Babson tomorrow or am I flying solo on this one?

Any ideas on where this super regional can take place? My fingers are crossed for a Hudson Valley area (geographically, seems reasonable distance from each regional location)... Dutchess stadium, Bard, Marist would be ideal for me in Poughkeepsie... fingers crossed 🤞🏼

What a wild game! Cortland walks it off after blowing an 8 run lead that tied it at 9.

Cortland continues to leave too many runners on base... BW limits Cortland to 1 run in bottom 3.

D3baseball scoreboard says Cortland is up 9-0, but live stats has it 9-7 with St Joe's showing they're still alive with a homerun in the top of the 9th

Very frustrating with the broadcasts of these games... live stream of Salisbury and St Joes just cut out in the bottom of the 10th... the angles of first base while pitches being thrown... they have to get this stuff figured out

Nail biter for Cortland but I'll take it! Hope they can resolve the number of players left on base and get the proverbial timely hitting working in their favor. Let's go C-Stare

Great to see some new faces in the New York region! Congrats to Oswego and Ithaca on representing NY in other regions. Salisbury and Southern Maine are usually very strong teams. Eight team regional really comes down to which team has the best pitching stuff top-to-bottom. Let's go Cortland!

Cortland falls short in a tight game. To battle back and force a second game was impressive enough, but proved too much. Congrats on a great season boys. Excited for Oswego to get their opportunity to represent the SUNYAC in the World Series and wish them all the best.

Well fought game by Oswego, it's going to be very difficult for someone to challenge them tomorrow. Great thing for New York baseball! Cortland off to a hot start in the first inning of their game against Earlham.... seem to have their started timed well, could be a rough day for the Quakers if this continues all game. Hope JB has the pitching to make it through this tournament. Would love to see 2 SUNYAC teams face off in Appleton.

I had to take some time to move on from the game after my second career World Series trip did not end in our favor in 2014, but glad to reconnect with Coach Brown this year. Didn't get to see much of Cortland this year (just game 1 of the double header on Easter Sunday and listened in whenever I could while working in NYC), but saw the potential in the team's hitting. Hoping JB'a pitchers can continue their strong season and hold up during this brutal 8 team regional. Worst format ever, by the way... can't wait for the new regional/super regional format to take place. Stop the noise, JB! We are C-State!
