Just not sure about this one. Never a given to win on the road in this conference, but this one might come back to haunt the Red Devils.

Today was a great day to be a Red Devil! I think this will be one of Coach Wilde's best road victories as head coach of my beloved Red Devils.

Thank you GU and a plus 1 for being the first and only responder to my hopefan standings... I hope at there were a few others that at least read it..
so in my never ending quest to generate interest in SLIAC Board writings, which I seem to be abysmally failing at (ie, I guess it's who cares if the coach has his daughter running out on the court with him during the game - it happens all the time)...
anyway, I'll throw this one out...
In my player performance reviews, there is clearly a top five emerging, which will make it easy to select my SLIAC first team if that trend continues...
Can anybody guess who they are? or does nobody give a rip? I'd also say that among the top 5, nobody has pulled away as a leading candidate for MOP.
call me grouchy this morning... dog got me up early... but I'd never get mad at her....
hope,
Nancy and I enjoy your SLIAC input. As you can imagine, up here the WiFi is limited which hinders my ability to comment on these boards.

My Red Devils do exactly what you can't do this time of year...lose a crucial conference game at home. In my years of following EC men's basketball from above, this unfortunately is a trend.

The loss of LeAnthony will sting, but Coach Barth has some dogs this year...AND THEY HUNGRY.

If Eureka and Westmin tie for 4th, Westmin gets the nod due to sweeping the Red Devils correct?

Pivotal weekend for my Red Devils on the road at Blackburn. We haven't had much success there the last couple of years. Starting 0-4 in conference is not the end of the world, but it's certainly not ideal. I'd love to hear what you guys have to say about this contest and the rest of tomorrow's SLIAC slate.
Webster (7-3, 3-0) @ Spalding (3-5, 3-0)
Iowa Wesleyan (2-7, 0-3) @ Principia (1-7, 0-3)
Fontbonne (4-4, 2-1) @ Westminster (3-5, 2-1)
Greenville (6-4, 3-0) @ MacMurray (3-4, 1-2)

I trust that Coach Wilde will tear down the wall that separates the Red Devils from the win column. Team leadership will prevail and the ship will be righted.
