I haven't been following any games as of late.  Who is the frontrunner this year?  Any surprises?  I've heard Albion just got the services of Clarkston HS transfer Robbie Clark back for next game.  Dunno how many minutes he'll see, but glad to see that he's gonna be able to contribute soon.

I've heard a couple of stories this week about the H_ _ _, UofC game tell me if they are true.

One is that the game will be played in a wet garden with the players wearing wooden shoes.

The second is that 1/3 of the H_ _ _ student section is wearing white, another third is wearing the H_ _ _ orange, and that the final third is wearing the color green in conjunction with the annual St. Patty's Day festivities in the next couple of weeks.  Rumor has it that GVS will be wearing the Leprechaun outfit provided by that school in South Bend with the Golden Helmets and Touchdown JC.

Rumor in the coaching world is that the MSU Spartans are getting a verbal commitment from some kid out of Flint.  I don't know his name, but I guess he has a huge smile (literally an ear to ear grin).  Mutin, Mateen, ...Samsonite I was way off.  

Can the Brits ride the win streak into the tourney?  I think so!

I actually ran into that guy at a salad bar.  He called me some derogatory name - but his thick Indiana accent made it sound like he was hitting on me.  Luckily I had my pocket Indana language dictionary.    He used words like picket fence and Husker.  

I replied with,  "Husker? I don't even know her."  Then I threw a chair at him.

It should be a rule in the MIAA that if you score above 90 points in a game - you should stop playing immediately so that the other team's feelings don't get hurt.  In fact, let's make it eighty so that a few lucky shots don't equal one hundred.  Holy S^%$!

One day a Briton, a Scotsman, and an Dutchman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints, and were stuck in the thick head. The Brit pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scot fished the fly out of his beer, and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Dutchman, too, picked the fly out of his drink, held it out over the beer, and started yelling, "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT YOU BAS**RD!!!!"

One more day!!! I call upset - Kresge should be a rockin - H_ _ _ the students get right drunk before the game.  Remember when they used to let students tailgate behind the gym.  Good times.

Glad to see Zak Silas throw in a few last night, too.  H_ _ _ fully the Brits can answer the bell on Sat. night - Thinking of going if any of you H_ _ _fans want to sit next to me.  I h_ _ _ you like Beam though - because I smell like your blacksheep 50 year old uncle.  

Ziggy or whoever wrote that J.C. and Mount Union were on TV and it was so supersweet to watch is completely correct - I wasted my time watching the biggest disappointment since the 1.5 hour mark of the Crying Game.   Michigan Basketball is horrendous + _ _ _ _ less + disgusting = TOMMY "the Gun" Amaker has to go.  Where is Steve Fisher when you need him.  He'LL I'll take scandal over shoddy basketball right now.
