Question on the rules came up tonight. Hope someone can clarify. Williams player is fouled resulting in a one and one. A technical foul follows. The Williams player is awarded two shots for the technical and then shoots the one and one. Amherst was given the ball after the free throws. Shouldn't Williams have received the ball after the free throws because of the technical foul?

Here are some comparable NESCAC names from the Purple Valley you can look up who were pretty good on D- Ted Rogers, Ethan Brooks, Bobby Walker. There are some others too. I'll try to remember....

Really enjoying the latest edition of the Williams Moo Cow Marching Band who made an appearance at two home football games and yesterday really added some atmosphere to the basketball game!!

Not sure what your source is but Williams is dead even with Trinity at 38-38-2 and has a winning record against all other Nescac teams.

here's my non-scientific "eye-test" for qualifying for ncaa's. Wesleyan beats Marietta; Williams beats Hope; Williams and Wesleyan split; Amherst beats Babson; sweeps Williams and is swept by Wesleyan. It shouldn't matter who loses on Saturday. Both Amherst and Williams deserve bids....

I remember a player whose name was Kevin Scura who was on the Williams roster around 2006 and then transferred to Wesleyan, where he actually may have started a few games....

it appears that williams will open against southern vermont on friday night at mcla in north adams. saturday's game will be played in chandler at 7:30 pm.....

just noticed this and will have to verify, but it appears that middlebury is without a travel partner this year. williams and hamilton appear to be traveling together. now makes me wonder if every school is going to take a turn at this........
