If you were not award ETBU's Josh Warbington is up for the Gagliardi Trophy.  He could use a little help from the conference.  If you get a chance please vote.

Congratulations to McMurry Point Guard Robert Moreno, who is a finalist for the Bob Cousy Award for the finest point guard in the country.

There were only 9 D-3 nominees of the 380+ schools that play D-III.  That is quite an honor.

The full list of finalists has not been named.

Ralph

You should get to see a pretty good matchup this weekend with Turnipseed vs Moreno.  After losing at the buzzer twice over the break ETBU is in Abilene for 2 games.

About as many as all the rest of the "seniors" that change their major....again ;) But seriously you are correct, a blanket policy might not be a great idea since some students actual do want/need to transfer for various reason.

I dont see why a blanket policy with an appeals process couldnt work.  Some kids do have legit reasons, some just go to be a winner.  I have no problems with either, I just think they should pay a price to transfer in conference.  If they want to go out of conference they can. If they have a legit reason the conference has smart enough people to sort through the legit transfers and they can be allowed immediate transfer.

Another reason why our conference needs to adopt a 1 year sit rule for in conference transfers.  Why this hasnt been done is a joke.
