Plan on hitting the Knight/Hack game tomorrow depending on how my am work flow goes. Will be a change of pace from last week as I was among the 100k+ Rocky Topping @ Neyland stadium. Coe has played the Knights tough historically, but I like the Knights by more than last yrs margin.

). Have a great holiday season with your families. Duff good luck to your little guy (& coach Duff) with the grappling.

Only a phantom offensive PI away from a tie game at halftime. Not too bad after spending much of the 1st half on the ropes. They need to make some defensive adjustments at halftime.

Not taking anything away from MU, but felt like we let one slip away! Great season Knights!

Game day! Same routine as Lax; an am workout, round up the cold weather gear, & meet for some pre-game wings & bevys. Also, it would be great to have the d post a 6 spot on the board!

If you're playing a Top 100 team every week, and three-quarters of the time playing a Top 50 team, you might lose a few. There are no Luthers or Simpsonses in the WIAC.
Obviously I'm a Knight)ARC fan; I agree w/Pat here. In my latest region 6 fan poll vote, I had 6 WIAC teams in the top 10.

What's the ticket situation at Wartburg? Are there pre-sale tickets required or will showing up Saturday be sufficient?
Showing up Saturday will be sufficient. There will be ticket sales @ the stadium.

Wait... Wartknight is Logan Hansen's dad ::head exploding emoji::
No, he's not. WK's son was there as well as Logan. IIRC, Logan and WK's son were roomies. Sorry I wasn't clear.
Correct!

Congrats, Wartburgers. Your boys came to play today. I was very impressed with your defense--quick, hard-hitting, and sure tacklers. Your RB is a stud, too. They earned the win.
That game definitely lived up to the hype. I thought it was going to get ugly in the second half, but SJU battled back into it.
It was great to share a few beers with Wartknight and son as well as Logan Hansen. Even got to knock one back with Pat Coleman! Good company--I hope you guys enjoyed your time at SJU.
Good luck! I hope the injury to your QB is nothing serious. He impressed me, too.
Good time/company-a victory as well. Appreciate allowing a few of us burgers to join the pregame festivities-definite class act. Also, nice meeting Pat.
Tough hard hitting game. I agree, it appeared the Knights were in control up 3 scores & forcing a punt. The roughing the punter switched momentum to SJU & they capitalized, as good teams often do. Kudos to the Knight d for pitching a shutout in the 4th, not an easy task against the Johnnies. Thank you to the O for having one final push; less stressful ending the game in the victory formation.
Aurora next. Happy for the Knights hosting a regional final & early forecast is pretty decent. Again, Wart d will need to tackle & run to the ball.

Happy Thanksgiving to our Northern posters & safe travels. There's a good chance I'll be making the trip to Cville Sat & probably end up where Hansen lands for pre-game. ? - How is parking in the tailgate area & how much of a jaunt to the stadium? Still need red cups?
Thanks in advance!

Haven't posted much since the pandemic; just reading & doing the poll thing. (Thought I'd try to help DD & SS keeping the board active). Got my workout in & will relax a little before heading to Tulip town. I am anxious to see how the Knight D does against a better O than they faced so far. I would love to see the game land closer to Frank's or Logan's take, but any of the scores from the D3 crew would be fine by me. Weather shouldn't be a factor, although this time of year & clear skies, sun may cause a bobble or two. GO KNIGHTS!
