If he isn't happy, he should figure out if that bridge is burned. He'd have had a meaningful role there this year, they've got multiple freshman contributing now and have several last year guards now. Oshkosh invested heavily recruiting him and I heard they were shocked when he went elsewhere in June.
Does WIAC allow transfers within the league without restriction?
The WIAC changed the bylaws this summer and now allow immediate eligibility for a one time transfer (if they meet all the other transfer requirements). But they can't transfer in the middle of the season.
The old bylaw allowed a transfer after the freshman year, but not after that. They would have to sit out for a year.
